So Ive dealt with this store on a few occasions. I tend to do most of my business through the internet or over the phone. In the past, I had upgraded my phone through this store and it was a mediocre experience. The two frustrating points to make were the excessive wait times even after you make an appointment and the lack of customer service. You just dont feel like the employees care about the experience they are presenting the to their customers. So from experiencing that kind of service with my last interaction with this store, I decided to order my Samsung Galaxy Note 7 through Sprints over the phone customer service, which was a better experience. I ordered the phone the first day it became available for per-order and it was delivered to my home sooner than expected. I again called customer service to activate my new phone. It was a seamless process. I love my phone and it hasnt given me any problems. However, I kept getting notifications from both Samsung and Sprint to exchange my phone for loaner or another device due to battery issues until replacement Note 7s were available. I wanted to get another Note 7. I called Sprint Customer Service up they said to go to my local corporate Sprint store for a loaner. Unfortunately, it meant going to the Duluth, GA store. Since I didnt want to go through the hassle of going to the store and them not having the devices in stock, I gave them a call periodically to see their stock availability. The feeling I got from speaking with the representatives over the phone was of frustration that I called about the Note 7 and the eagerness to get me off the phone. To add to my annoyance, I asked about loaner phones and they told me that they are just doing replacement with the Galaxy S7s. This was contradictory to what Sprint Customer Service has told me. Anyway, Ive decided to call Samsung and hopefully I can get situated through them directly.

I arrived at the store around 7:10. Within a few minutes, I was asked to put my name on a list. As I was waiting, I was watching several employees waunder around the store. After I finished my conversation with my daughter, I noticed the music was rather loud throughout the store. After listening for a few minutes, I noticed the music was quite vulgar with lots of "F" bombs as well as every other word that should not be heard in a retail establishment. Finally it was my turn. I was returning a phone that I purchased online. I was never sent a reciept, so I never had one to bring back with my phone. The Sprint employee did not want to look up my invoice, nor did he want to call customer service to ask for it. He kept telling me they were not linked together. He dissappeared in the back for several minutes. He came back and said I needed to call customer service for my invoice. Finally, after about 30 minutes, customer service came on the phone and emailed me the invoice so he could do the return. By this time, it was after 8:00 and everyone wanted to go home. He activated my new phone. He acted like he was doing me a favor by doing this. I asked him about my contacts and data. He said they do not do that anymore. I would have to use a computer. I find this puzzeling as the night before in the Sprint store in Buford, GA, the guy told me to bring my new phone in and he will transfer everything over for me without any problem. I guess a corporate store doesnt have the same benefits a non corporate store does. When I finally left the store, I was so frustrated that I was ready to cancel my Sprint account after many many years and go with someone else. I really hope someone takes notice of the horrible customer service this company provides and makes some changes somewhere.

Horrible store. The few times I have gone here they say something cant be done. Always unknowledgable about what they are trying to sell and always dont have a clue what is going on with your device. Walked in on a Monday and one of the idiots were telling one hapless girl how to reset her prl wrong. I didnt even try to correct him; just walked by and asked another if a Galaxy S4 I picked up could be switched back to Sprint from Metro. Little man tells me it cant be done, no way, no how ... even though the Sprint rep I called 2 hours before coming to the store told me it could. I went to another good store, tech there put in the codes and had it done in 15 minutes. I had only been to this store once before when I was trying to get two Galaxy S2s when they first came out. When he told me no way, no how, I instantly remembered that they couldnt get one of the phones activated then and asked me to call Sprint on my own time because I might have to warranty a phone I HAD JUST BOUGHT IN THAT STORE because they only had limited supplies to give out. Garbage store two years ago, and nothing has changed. This store is pathetic and I wish they would close it down so all their people could just go back to giving me bad service at McDonalds or Burger King instead of acting like they know something about phones.

the wait is horrible you can call ahead and still have to wait. i went in to pre-order a iPhone 7. the lady who helped me (sequoia) or however you spell it. of course soon as i walk up stereotypical attitude. she told me it would be no money down then 5 mins turns around and ask for a deposit, i said you just said 0 down she says "did i?" and then says oh well. so then i pay and tell her specifically i would like a black phone when i am done my receipt clearly has a complete different order. so what i get from her is she is hard of hearing and hates her job. also everyone in that store is a liar. my sister went up there to pick up her phone, i came right after work they say we have not got any in, i said my sister just left here a hour ago with hers guy (mario) in front said could not have been here! lol she sent me a pic of the phone and a screenshot of the receipt that has that address on it. so thats a tad bit odd. you ask 5 employees there the same question watch you get 5 different answers. because they all say whatever will get you to leave the quickest. either i am going to just leave sprint or find another store but they are horrible here!

Being at this place literally made me break up with Sprint. The greeter was nice, but as soon as I got to the sales lady (Sequoia), I could smell the attitude on her face. I work in sales so I was fine with helping her get some commission even with her attitude, but ish really hit the fan when we went to her kiosk. All I wanted to do was upgrade my phone and figure out how much my new monthly bill would be and she was just all around rude! She was trying to add up my new payments but they didnt match my calculations (I studied engineering as well), so I asked her to explain and she had the nerve to say "Im not about to go back and forth with you. Its simple math so either you want to buy the phone or you dont." I was appalled. After I started to tell her about herself, the manager came by and switched me to another sales rep but he didnt even apologize! How can you let your employees get away with such nonsense? At that point, I was so turned off that I went straight to AT&T across the street and switched carriers. I will probably never go back to another Sprint store. Smh. I just hope she doesnt treat all of her customers that way
