Horrible service! First time at this CVS, pharmacist acted as though it was a hassle putting in information. Asked me to drive around several times just to obtain answers to simple questions about the price of my prescription, questions Id asked initially before pulling around the first time that he had over looked or chose to ignore. After going to another location, I was told their system connects with their location so obtaining my information should not have been an issue and come to find out the information provided was wrong! When I asked why I have to keep pulling around the answer was because there were cars behind me, so instead of answering a question (one in which did not require to contact my insurance) they wanted me to go back around and wait behind 3 more cars and I had already came around twice. Then I asked for a manager and was told he didnt know if a manager was in, right before another pharmacist came to the window and claimed she was the manager however failed to apologize or provide correct information. Poor service from Ray Villelpondo and Jodi Waugh. Will be contacting corporate about this experience. Ive been going to CVS for years and have never experienced such poor service. The next location I went to ensured me shed get with management about my experience as she could not believe it herself.

Arrived at store around 25 minutes before store closed. While making our final selections, the older lady at the cash register urged us to hurry because she needed to close up the store. Assuming we had stayed past closing, we checked our phones to see how long it had taken us to pick up our items. The time was 9:45 PM--15 minutes till closing. We asked the lady what time the store closed and were told that the store closed at 10 PM but she needed to close everything up now so she could leave at 10 PM. She made sure we felt bad for taking up her time. Fortunately, a younger college-age employee took over to complete our purchase and ended the evening on a better note.

I love my CVS pharmacy. They are always helpful. There is a pharmacy tech there who has the best customer service I have ever seen. She didnt mind helping me to find and apply discounts for my medications that cost me a lot of money. People who have a bad experience will tell 10 or more people but people who have a great experience is now telling the world!!

Website says opens at 8 but they open at 9 needs to be changed on the site waited for an hour

Website says they are open til 10 on Saturday. We went at 6:30 and they were closed.
