UPDATE: It turns out the situation was much worse. After nearly two weeks, my computer arrived back st the store from Apple. I was told by their in-store technician Olivia they although Apple had completed the repair by replacing the primary logic board and two cables, the computer still didnt work. I picked it up and took it to Apple where I was told that NO service had been performed on my computer. Apple never received authorization from Simply Mac to complete the repair, and shipped it back after two weeks. Olivia from Simply Mac lied directly to my face. Someone from Simply Mac reached out to me as a response to this post and asked to speak with me more. I responded and NEVER heard back from them. It appears that the poor customer service and lying comes from the top. I have filed an official fraud complaint with the BBB. Again... Stay away from this store! Original review: Horrible experience! I bought a new Mac from them in December. I had an issue where it wouldnt power on and brought it in for service. I was promised a 3-5 day turnaround. It arrived today after nearly two weeks, and was in the exact same condition as when I brought it in... still wont power on. Aside from the non-repair issue, I interacted with at least three different employees. All of them seemed pretty clueless, and had no concept of customer service and non-existent communication skills. Never waste your time there. I should have read all of the other horrible experiences posted here on Yelp! I have an appointment with Apple tomorrow, where I shouldve gone in the first place. Its hard to believe how truly bad these two weeks have been trying to get any information from them.

I was a little wary to go to PeachMac, given some of the reviews Id read for their Athens location. In the end Im glad I disregarded them and took a chance on their Norcross branch. I had been experiencing an error with my Macbook Pro that caused it to restart unexpectedly due to a GPU Panic error. When I took it in, their technician was very detailed in how he was going to proceed and made me aware of the potential costs, as well as the time it would take to diagnose the exact problem (2-5 Business Days, if Im remembering correctly off the top of my head). I left my Macbook with him and at 5 business days on the dot I received a call from him directly, which explained what hed found. Apparently hed spent that entire time running EVERY diagnostic he could think of to identify a potential hardware problem and the tests had returned no signs of failing hardware. He determined that my issue was being caused by an issue in the OSs framework and did a clean install for me (after he made absolutely certain I had a Time Machine backup available). When I paid for it, it didnt break my bank account and my machine has been functioning much better ever since.

I bought a brand new ipad pro 128 GB wifi + cellular data. Opened the box and saw that the ipad pro was damaged near the upper right corner bezel was dented in and than near the bottom, light scratches. They wouldnt exchange the ipad pro and told me that i had to take it to apple and let them handle it. Drove to apple store 25 mins away and they told me simply mac has to deal with the issue. I called simply mac outraged and told them i want to return the ipad and they said that was fine. They wont let me exchange an ipad that was damaged on their behalf but will let me return it? The apple specalist at the store told me that ipad pro looked used and could be a refurbished. Wow never in my life will i spend money with simply mac, always go to an apple store (official). You will save alot of time and head aches. If i spend 1,200 on an ipad, it better be flawless with no damage.

I brought my Mac here due to having a dent in the back as well as minor marks on front screen. I was told I could pick up my computer three days later, this turned into over a week. I then got home and tried to use my camera on my mac (which worked perfectly fine before)and now I receive a blank screen with a green flashing light. I called to inform them of this and they informed me that I could bring my computer back up to store to get checked. This location is about a hour out from where I am located. I stressed this to the Manager Jasmine and wanted something to be done for the inconvenience of having to travel all the way back to the store due to them not checking my Mac before releasing it to me and now having problems I didnt have in the beginning. Jasmine informed me there was nothing they would do for the inconvenience. I am now contacting cooperate! BEWARE... !!!!!!

On numerous occasions I have come into this store almost in tears because I have broken my phone or my MacBook is having issues (of course at a critical time I need it). Everyone here has been incredibly kind and patient, explained what the problem was and how to fix it and even gone the extra step of liasing between AT&T and Apple. Today I came in with my laptop frozen and Cory saved my life. Despite the fact Ive entered the store next to tears I leave laughing and smiling with operating devices!!!! Thank you to all of the team and especially Cory!!

Two weeks plus to diagnose and repair a track pad. Are you kidding? Does anyone here know how to run a business? First of all I was told that no one one the area, Atlanta, Ga could do it faster and guess what they were right! Unless I paid and additional $50 to get to the head of the line. What? Come on! If I ran my business this way and with such arrogance I wouldnt survive. This is crap. They dont deserve one star. Hire some techs and treat your customers like they mean something to you. Some of us use our computers to make a living!

Went in to the store with the intention of checking out a MacPro. A short time later I walked out with the new laptop in hand! Jenny and Joshua were exceptional in their customer service and very quick to answer questions. They didnt even get irritated with me when I set the alarm off on two different displays! Everyone in the store was friendly, helpful and continue to be so after the sale. Overall, this was a tremendously good experience and I would shop with them again for certain.

Excellent. The staff are friendly and well-informed. Theyve serviced my Mac and advised me on technical questions which, in the short run, saved me from making some expensive, unneeded hardware purchases. But in the long run theyve earned my business and I have become a repeat customer. PeachMac/Norcross has provided a much better experience than the long waits Ive seen at other stores in the area.

First time Mac buyer/user, I was nervous about making the leap. Jeff H. was great in explaining the differences and performance of a Mac vs other computers. After I explained what I needed, he suggested an end of life MacBook Air. He could have pushed for something more, but it was exactly what I needed & I love it, Mac user for life.

I had my iPhone screen repaired here. Drop off was easy however when I came to pick up my phone I was not greeted when I went up to the young girl behind the counter she smiled and said she would be with in a minute and then walked away to help another customer who was looking at computers. No explanation or anything. Very rude.
