This morning I saw an ad for 4x fuel points at Kroger. I was out doing errands and thought about stopping at a Kroger I was near at the time and even though I absolutely hate Mason Kroger decided to go there because I was going to get a Petsmart gift card and then go to Petsmart. I stopped in Mason Kroger and of course they didnt have any small carts so I thought fine no shopping get the gift cards and out I go. Since most of the time Mason Kroger is out of what Im after anyway. I was checking my phone for the digital coupon for the 4x fuel points and just could not find it and since there was NO sign about the 4 X fuel points I went to the service desk. Told the women at desk and she said it was a digital coupon and I explained I couldnt find it, I see it when I open the app but not able to download to card. She looked too and finally called someone to the desk. Im so sorry I didnt get her name but she more or less stomped up and said to me " its a special coupon and only certain people get an email". I told her I saw it on tv, with that she in a snotty voice said "well thats was what I was told" and spun around and stomped off. With that I headed for the door, but got half way out and said to myself no Im not going to be treated like this so back to the service desk I went. The original lady did her very best to ignore me but finally had to wait on me. I asked to see the manager. She called the manager, Erin/Aaron but they were far too busy to ever leave the comfort of his/her office she told the lady at desk to "GIVE" me the 4xs. I went back to gift cards stood there maybe 30 seconds and told myself, nope Im done spending my money at Mason Kroger. I will never ever step foot in your store again. After I send this Im contacting the pharmacy and having my prescriptions transferred too. Ill drive 6 miles out of my way to West Chester Kroger which after I told them what happened at Mason Kroger they said "we are a lot friendlier here". By the way you dont even need a digital coupon to get the 4xs fuel points wavoxda. Figure it out. Spelling, grammer might be off but Im so flippin mad I dont care.

awhile back I went into the store one day with my mom and grabbed a cart and we went over to the produce department and I was looking around and then I happened to glance over at the part where there were these basket things hanging from the produce part and it was filled with plastic lemons or apples and I looked over by the rosemary and the herbs and leaves and saw this glitch in the light and it was all dimmed and stuff and darkly lit and it made me scared and I was to scared to tell anyone! And nobody even noticed what was wrong! Then another time I went I thought there was a dungeon or sewer/tunnel gap/opening over by the yogurts and that had a black iron gate blocking the passage of water! Then another time I went I thought the backroom where they stored the beer and canned drinks was a passageway to my uncle chrises rival/enemy the cheesy dinosaur and other weird stuff! It was also featured in a lot of my weird dreams and had a lot of creepy stuff in it! It was even featured in my class back when I was a sophomore and when I took math and when Ray-Qwan was bugging us in Mr. Clemmons class and being all weird and slaphappy and I thought and saw a control thing/huge glass window/gap opening above the produce thing with my uncle chrises rivals and other stuff and things in it!

The store is well designed and generally well stocked. The folks who work in the meat department are friendly, outgoing and efficient. The store management, however, is terrible which effects the overall tone of the store. Most recently evidenced by the store manager who refused to apologize for their error. His arrogance and illogic were mind-numbing in defense of his decisions. He clearly sets a poor example for what customer service is and hopefully it doesnt rub off on the people doing a great job here. Matt has certainly has never heard of the "customer is always right". Very disappointed.

This is MY KROGER & I feel like they are part of my Family! If I need something & cant find it, theres always someone there to help you. Management listen to your good & bad, they also try their best to correct the problem. But my favorite place is the "WINE TASTING" on Friday Nights! Their Wine Steward " RONDA", she know her wines & can always help you find that special wine for any occasion & shes a joy to talk to. But she does an AWESOME Wine tasting on Fridays! If you never been to one you should stop by. They are from 5 to 8, just call Kroger & ask if theres one going on.

Probably one of the worst Krogers Ive been to organization and selection wise since shopping at the urban Kroger in Clifton a decade and half ago. So many things are missing from the normal selection. That said, the service truly is excellent and super friendly. For that alone I give them two stars back. There are definitely many better Krogers in the area and, bare minimum, the Wal-mart Supercenter next door wouldnt beat those out on BOTH selection and price. Im not a fan of mega huge walmarts, but I end up having to go there to get what I need.

Its your typical Kroger. Can get crazy sometimes, especially on the weekends. The set up isnt the greatest when it comes to the self-scans being pushed into the pharmacy/alcohol area. That always seems to be backed up and a pain to try to get through. They also have some housewares items and an organic section which just seems thrown in there. Also a tip: the cookies and sweets are located back by the alcohol and chips area.

One of the best Krogers in the area. Huge store, great selection of everything from fresh produce, deli, and craft beer. Also one of the only ones (as of right now) to offer the click list pick up option. My wife loves being able to order the groceries she wants online, pulling up in the car and then having her groceries brought out to the car for her (especially helpful with 4 little ones in tow most days)!

Very racist.. Only light colored ppl accepted.. The manager Mark is a complete racist he said he cant cash a Kroger money order. That makes no sense. He looked at me when I came in saw my color and immediately said he wont help. Didnt even call and verify to see that it was good he jus kept saying he cant help me.. I wont be back to any Kroger again. Racist company

Krogers, based in cincinnati oh, became the nations largest grocery store chain upon its merger with Fred Meyers. It now offer the largest geographic spectrum of grocery stores in the USA. It offers a wide selection of items at mid to low range prices, with discounts upon use of its "kroger card" to track purchases.
