Customer Service was awful. Brennan was the inept person I dealt with. I switched from Verizon to sprint on the buy out plan definitely not worth it a lot of dropped calls, a lot of latency on the sprint network as well off topic but the Customer Service or Sales staff was very slow and addressing/helping customers I waited for about 1 hour and 20 minutes at the store location to turn in my Verizon gear the whole time I was thinking I should have just walked out called Verizon and activated my service back and told sprint to piss off, man why didnt I. When I finally get up to the Sales rep; (is what I will call him, because he obviously had no technical capabilities at all), his tone showed he didnt care, I was just there to turn in my gear I was telling myself man I hope I dont have to come back in here (jinxing myself). I had to go back a week later because the iPhone they sent me the battery was draining within the first few hours of the day and I wasnt really using during that time. And of course I had to talk to Brennan the tech savvy genius that he is didnt attempt to fix or address the issue, I was told to go to the apple store. A week old phone and you are sending me to the Apple store I mentioned the 14 day sprint device satisfaction policy to which Brennan replied "uh Id take it to apple store first, because you can only use the 14 day satisfaction return once." Long story short I didnt take it to the Apple store I called customer service and told them what was going on when they brought up my account they said I received the device over two weeks ago which I didnt I had the device for only 6 days. At that point I realized that I will just have to stick this out because sprint wasnt going to let me swap out my phone. Once this contract is over I will never leave Verizon again it is more expensive but that extra 30-40 bucks a month is worth the network service and customer service alone.

I came in yesterday with an issue with my bill the guy that i talk to he was very unprofessional the way he talk to me, he couldnt explain to me why my bill was high and why im charged more then i should.. he said "uncle Sam" is charging me and not Sprint (when i called sprint they took those charges off cuz it was incorrect). when i asked him to look at his screen and tell me what is my Bill he said "you starting to piss me off, dont talk to me like im stupid" when i asked him for his business card he wouldnt give it to me, when i asked for his name because he didnt have his name tag on he told me his name is Matt, when i asked for his last name he wouldnt give it to me. I asked more then once. I called sprint and reported this bad customer service and complained how this sales person was disrespectful to me in front of another employee. This is not how you treat your customers

The girl who was working was just Blahh ... She said well have to pay off 68.39 and I asked her why, and she said "probably late fees". I would like to know what Im paying rather just pay. I made her look up why Im paying for because I was not satisfied. Then while talking to us, she started talking with another customer about the phone that she has purchased .. Really ??!! After all this she was giving me an attitude just because I wanted to know more about plans that Sprint offers. Idk why is she there for if she cannot inform customers. Her probably statements made me lose my mind. Her name tag said Kashkir or something like that but on the Receipt served by Mary ... I think she was just racially profiling me because Im not white and did not had really shiny or stylish clothes on ... Weird customer service experience at this place

Do not go to this store. I purchased a IPhone 6, that had to be put on order. From other users I understand that Sprint service cannot yet support the IPhone. I called the following day and was informed that they cannot return the phone until it is assigned a serial #. To wait a week. I went to the store a week later and was informed that it had not yet been assigned. I just called the store, 3 weeks later and was informed that I had to wait until the phone came in then I could return it. Horrible...horrible customer service. I dont know if the staff is uneducated or they are blatantly lying to make their sales quota.

My phone broke...same old sad story well it was close to my upgrade and customer service over the phone told me I was all set to go to the store. There were some issues when I got to the store, but the staff was EXCELLENT! They got customer service on the line and everything was taken care of everyone there was friendly, polite and professional. I will definitely use them as my preferred store.

There is a lady that works there that will smile and tell you what you want to hear if you want to buy something..like straight out lie..“oh yeah that will work“ or "4g will be here next month" ....3 years later Then if you go in with an issue she is rude, dissrespectfull, and just wants you out so she can go back to suckering the next person

Absolutely ridiculous wait time. Zero staffing to handle customers. Staff members constantly going into the back of the store and disappearing for 30 minutes. Sprint "Policy" wouldnt allow me to be a delegate of my account because they couldnt call my deaf father.

I paid cash; they asked me to use my credit to get a refund because they didnt have money in the store. Not very knowledgeable about mobile phones! Just there to sell an iPhone or Samsung!

This store certainly places an emphasis on customer service and consistently meets and exceeds consumers expectations. It is above and beyond the best Sprint store that I have been too.
