I have never been treated with such disrespect. I called the day before I visited the store and spoke with an employee named Sarah. I asked her about a simple repair for an iPhone 5c. My son dropped his iPhone from about a foot and you can still hear it functioning though you see nothing on the screen. After doing some research I found that it could be that the screen simply needs to be reconnected inside. I called Simply Mac and spoke with Sarah on the phone and I asked her how much they would charge if that was the case and it just needed to be reconnected. She advised me that they do not charge for that but that if it was more than just loose it could be a $130 charge for a screen replacement which is the same price as Apple and I was fine with that. So today me and my family went to Simply Mac and I explained the situation to the store manager Dalton. He immediately looked at me and said Oh yes thats no problem we can do that it will be $19.99. I was a little taken aback as Sarah had told me they did not charge for that so I simply asked him about what she had said. Sarah was standing right there and told Dalton that she did admit to me there was no charge. He was very condescending and in a rude tone told me that if he is going to open the phone he will be charging me 19.99. I simply asked why Sarah told me then there was no charge and he very rudely said if youre going to raise your voice you can just leave! I stood there just shocked I naturally speak loud and was not raising my voice in any manner towards him. We literally left the store just feeling violated and in shock, for Dalton to be the store manager and talking to me in such a manner, he obviously has no sense of customer service, I am still just reeling. Funny thing is...if they had really just plugged the wire in for free like Sarah told us to come there for...me and my husband had already planned to give the rep. a healthy tip!! We actually had 50 set aside for the repair...Daltons lack of customer service skills cost them our business and our cash in their pockets! Also this store I was surprised to find out is not owned by Apple and is a private company.

Would not recommend this store for Apple needs. Would stick with the actual Apple Store. My husband and I were given Apple Watches from my parents for Christmas. However, I have Android phone so needed to return the watch (android not compatible). We live in Columbus though - so first time we were able to make it to Cincinnati was a month after Christmas. They would not let me return them because it was after the return policy (by 12 days). Both packages were unopened and we had a receipt. They would not work with me at all - even though my mom specifically asked when purchasing if we would be able to return these since they were gifts for the holiday. Manager was passive and could have cared less. His only suggestion: sell them on eBay. We would have accepted store credit, or trade-in, or really anything. Completely unimpressed. We actually brought them to Apple Store a few days later, but they werent able to help - but they at least tried to work with us.

Stopped by on Saturday night at 8pm to look for Apple watches. Lights were off, doors were locked. One employee sitting at the register looked up- making eye contact- and quickly looked back down, ignoring us at the door. Meanwhile a second employee comes out of the back office in a coat with keys in hand. Hours of operation clearly states closing at 9pm online. Sign hanging on the door clearly states a 9pm close. Its 8:04pm. However, the team decided to close early and ignore prospective customers trying to get in. Never shopped here before and will never try again. Heading to the Apple store tomorrow.

This stores business practices are the worst. They will not even give you a price range without dragging your equipment up to liberty center. My father was lied to apparently about the price of battery installation on my macbook. He was quoted $20 install with the recommendation to order the battery at a specific site. When I came in for the install, i was told itd be $130 to install! They would not budge, even though we were told $20. My dad worked with Nick, and supposedly some guy named Alex, who wait Surprise doesnt even work there a week later. This place is a sham. Go elsewhere for your Apple needs.

Just moved to the area with my husband and of course things start going to left and right... One of which was my phones home button. I was stuck on texting, which was ok because I could communicate but if there was an emergency I was kinda screwed. (Im pregnant and have a two year old) Vince and Molly gave me a work around until Im about to get a permit fix. Vince was one of the nicest people Ive ever met. Both Vince and Molly were VERY knowledgeable and went above and beyond for me. I will always go straight to them for all my Apple needs. Theyre awesome!

My computer got stuck in a state of updating software and would not allow me to access my hard drive and/or do anything other than turn on and off. I needed to submit an assignment for school by midnight and I came to Simply Mac at around 9:00pm. They fixed my computer within 15 minutes and their price was incredibly reasonable. It should also be noted that I was on the phone with Apple Support for over 90 minutes (and nothing was fixed/resolved). I cannot recommend this store enough.

In working with this Simply Mac location, I felt taken care all the way through my repairs. They were kind and methodical with resolving the issues with my iMac. Come to find out there were several things wrong with it and they were able to fix them all. Id highly recommend anyone needing support for their Apple equipment to go here.

They were friendly, concerned, determined and so pleasant to work with! They assisted in getting our 5c to work to its best capacity for us to pass on to our grandson! No pressure for us to purchase a new phone until we were ready! We will go back to this store for all of our Apple product needs!!!!

No desire to help. We walked in there specifically looking for some items, one Gentleman on the phone one working on a laptop neither one of them acknowledged us third one walked out as we were leaving... lost sales. I would never see this at the Apple Store

The website says they will fix cracked screens but they do not. They told me I could try to go to Kenwood or send my phone away for a week. I will most likely not be returning.

Great experience. Came in to buy a keyboard for my iPad. The sales staff set up the bluetooth connection for me. They were friendly and knowledgable.
