I recently went to this West Chester sprint store and received terrible service. I was due for an upgrade just in time for the iPhone 6! I requested to upgrade my phone and the associate, Damien, was less than helpful. He showed no interest in selling me anything and I felt like I was interrupting HIS day. It was like pulling teeth to get info on phones and did not end up with the iPhone that was for me. He did not mention or ask me about what GB I wanted and I ended up with getting the 16 GB. When I called this store to figure out what I could do about exchanging my phone, I had the pleasure of dealing with Damien again. I was polite to hime, even though I was upset with his service in the store. He said he would call me back with info on where I could get this phone and he NEVER called me back!! I was so upset, I went ahead and made an appointment to ANOTHER sprint store since I did NOT want to deal with Damien again. When I went to the Kenwood Sprint store to exchange the phone for the 64GB, they did not have any in stock so I had them order it for me. I had to pay a $35 re-stocking fee and I WASNT EVEN GIVEN AN OPTION OF WHICH SIZE I WANTED when I FIRST bought it. I called back the West Chester sprint store because I wanted to complain to a manager about the whole situation and for Damien for not even returning a call to me. A woman answered and put me on hold and I waited for 20 minutes and could not take it any more. I hung up and never got speak to anyone. I would NEVER order my IPhone from sprint again. It took almost 3 weeks to get my iPhone and I was getting pinged that iPhone 6 64GB were being made available everywhere. The Kenwood store also told me that they would call me when it was in, and I never got a call. Luckily, I got a UPS tracking number and saw that it had been in the store for 2 DAYS! I called them, to make sure it was in, and sure enough it was…. SPRINT STORES HERE ARE HORRIBLE.

I recently decided to try to switch Sprint in hopes of finding a cheaper unlimited plan and upgrade my phone. At first I was super pleased with what I thought I was receiving, an unlimited plan, new phone payment and insurance for only 72 + tax a month. Myself and the agent Brandon Abney both signed for this. He then told me that for switching to Sprint I would receive 120$ of store credit. He then urged me to pick out different cases, chargers etc. that I didnt need but I was assuming they were free so hey why not?! Well within the first month I wasnt super pleased with the network reliability and service after many dropped calls and waiting 5+ minutes for a simple map or google page to load. Then, my bill came in at $98. I went in to the store immediately and was told that they didnt know what was wrong and maybe that was just tax. After calling and going back in we were told finally that all of those "free store credit accessories" were being added to my monthly bill for the next year and I also was being charged for a lease. I specifically told Brandon that I was purchasing my phone and even put money down towards the eventual purchase. Finally so frustrated I told them I would like to complete the purchase of my phone and unlock my phone. I was argued with but told it would be done within 30 minutes. 1 week, 2 more store trips, 8 phone calls, 4 emails later it was finally released because the assistant manager lied about being able to release a phone in store and no one seemed capable of releasing it even though they said they would. Meanwhile, because I "cancelled my lease" the assistant manager moved up my monthly bill due date 3 whole weeks. So I ended up paying for two months after only one month of horrible service and being lied to and treated like dirt. We were promised that Brian the manager would call us to try and resolve things and never were called and he was "at lunch" every time we came in.

I was just at sprint for 30 min waiting in line when NO ONE even acknowledged that i was there standing in line there was only 2 girls working and they were with customers. But neither of them told me they would be with me or told me how long i would be waiting. BASICALLY JUST LEFT. Because all the people in front of me were doing was looking at phone cases. Just saying but idk how long it takes to make up your mind about phone cases but not that long. And the other worker walked away from her clients because she had to go look up something but still NEVER SAID A WORD TO ME!!!!!!

Been with Sprint for 15 years. These guys bend over backwards everytime I walk into the store. If there is a crowed in the store though you are better off coming back later. I have had to wait 30 minutes or longer but it is usually the customer that is the problem a dead not the employees. They focus on one at a time and that is sometimes bad if you have a simple question.

Ive been in this store several times and have always received exceptional customer service, whether I was upgrading a phone, purchasing a new iPad, or buying accessories. Even when the store is busy, they greet customers and say itll be a few moments so you arent just standing around unacknowledged. I would definitely recommend the VOA Sprint for your communication needs!

I recently upgraded my phone to the Galaxy s7. I am so glad I chose this phone. The employees at this location were all very friendly and knowledgeable of their merchandise. I decided to get a memory card as well as a case and screen protector for my new phone. I walked out of the store very happy with my purchase. I would recommend this location to everyone!

Went to buy a new phone at my local Sprint store because after a few years my screen finally broke. I have been with them for 12 years. They tell me I have to order a new phone online. Why cannot I not walk into a retail store as a customer of 12 years and pay for and walk out with a new phone. Sprint......really.......wtf.....what a joke

Terrible customer service, I came in to buy a new phone and asked for any special offers, was told there are none, and then we I mentioned the offers that get emailed to me from the network Sprint, they were not aware of any, totally turned me off, will never come back here again! #WorkonYourCustomerServiceSellMorePhones

Went into this sprint store just to get a case but ended up upgrading my phone too thanks to the great customer service they have! Love this location! The team is very friendly and the manager is always helpful! Makes phone shopping less stressful!

Had Verizon for years. Couldnt pass up the great deals with Sprint. Aron and the manager were great to work with. I can actually use my cell phone in my house now (couldnt with verizon) Thank you!
