I have been running for 12 years, and mainly just bouncing around to various running stores, online, and expos based on what is convenient. I found shoes that worked for me many years ago. However, my shoes latest update started causing problems in fit. I went into the Windward BPRC expecting to buy new shoes. Lucas came up and offered help. He spent a long time with me. He was obviously very knowledgeable. He ended up showing me a new way to lace that counteracted the fit problem and meant I didnt need to get new shoes and throw out the two brand new pairs I had in my closet! Talk about putting the customer, not the sale, first! It is the best customer service I have had in my life, by far. Lucas was just amazing! I can tell you, I am no longer someone who floats. Went way beyond my expectations and this is now THE running store, period.

Best place to buy running shoes. Their fit process is excellent, measuring your foot pressure and curvature. They also analyze your stride and overall running form. Andrew was super helpful and really worked with me to find the right pair for my feet. This is what the shoe buying experience should be like.

We are generally happy with this place and will repeat. The only thing keeping me from giving it a 4* is the fact that a wrong spike was recommended and sold to us.... The issue was corrected after we went back but it should not have happened.

The staff are knowledgeable and take the time to be helpful, not at all snobish like some places, even though Im an overweight woman who obviously cant run well. They answer questions and have given me good advice on several occasions.

Awesome store for runners! The selection is very good and the staff is extremely helpful! They took approximately 20 minutes to help me find the right shoe for my foot and running style. Ill definitely be back!
