After calling the customer service line and denied a payment extension I was told I had to at least pay half of the bill to avoid service interruptions. So I went to make that half payment at this sprint store and the guy working told me that if I really needed a few days until I could pay my bill that I could because I had a $150 spending limit. I told him that customer service had misinformed me about that and that I didnt appreciate that. He said dont ever call customer service to just come in the store because nobody likes calling them anyways. Well the next day guess what ? My service is shut off!!! So I go back to the store and asked them what happened? The store manager explained to me that his employee told me wrong and basically told me I was a liar that his staff would never say that about customer service or about my bill. Told me he will look into it and was very unhelpful in the situation. So now my phone is off and he is just shrugging his shoulders like oh well sorry. When I asked about service coverage and why my service seemed to be slow he told me Im not sure why and that I should of got a service map with my plan. Them tells me his service seems fine in my area. Waste of my time and very frustrated and disappointed at the customer service in this store. I didnt come in to that location to be mislead and then to be treated like a liar and to have my concerns and issues to only be met back by excuses and justifications. I warn you to not ever go to this location. It worth driving a little farther down the road to another location if you want treated like a valued customer. I recommend the Dayton Mall location for this area. Very nice and actually know what they are talking about

I sent my girlfriend in to buy a Samsung VR headset, and she was told it would be at the store tomorrow, and she could come pick it for 119.99 plus tax. I called to verify the version, and model so I could price check the headset. I found it at three different department stores for between 60 and 70 dollars. SAME EXACT VERSION AND MODEL NUMBER. When I told my girlfriend to absolutely not pay for it, she told me that two sales consultants were playing around and pointing out different numbers on their computer screen. Obviously an experienced salesmen was showing the new girl how to maximize her gross sales, and gouge my girlfriend just before Christmas. This store also employs a very rude girl whos job description apparantly only entails sitting at a table in front of the door, bieng snooty, and flirting with other male employees to keep her job. This store does a great mis-service to the people in the Dayton Mall area. DO NOT SHOP HERE.

Dont listen to the negative reviews! The management staff bends over backwards for you. The employees are helpful and treat you like family. They remember our names when we come in and make it a fun enjoyable experience. Ways to make your trip easier: 1. Make an appointment 2. Research your phone first 3.Back up your data at home (makes for faster process otherwise transferring data can take hours depending on how much data you have) 4. Know your usernames and passwords (they do not know your info so its your responsibility) 5. Understand the cheaper the phone the more likely it is to not have the best technology. 6. Batteries are not under warranty 7. If you have sprint insurance and you break, lose, or get it stolen, call ahead to see your options. 8. If you are going from an iPhone to Android... TURN YOUR iMESSAGE OFF otherwise you will possibly not be able to receive iPhone users text

I live about 50 minutes away from this store, i was currently locked out of my phone and i called this store prior to driving all the way, a lady answered tge phone and i gave her the spew of what was going on, she told me they could fix it and to go ahead and bring it in for them to fix it. When i get there the guy i talked to said he has no control over the lock screen and i had to send my phone away..and i would have to buy i new phone if i wanted a phone temporarily plus pay a 35 restocking once i got my original phone back..i was very upset with this store..not only did i drive out of my way for nothing, the lady gave me false information.. maybe you need to reeducate your staff so this doesnt happen to other people. Very dissatisfied!!

Absolutely the worst Sprint Store ever. I have had several issues with my phone. I am a technical person and can fix most of the on my own but when it comes the the physical hardware of the phone I dont want to void my warranty. The first time I went and my phones power button would not work all the time they said it was a cosmetic issue and would not fix it. This time I have Sprints insurance and my screen broke. Another store replaced my brothers phone no problem, but this store will not. I ended up going to another store where they did. The managers here should be fired and the store should be restricted. Sprint if you dont want a bad name get rid of the employees here!

My daughter sent a new phone to me from a sprint store in Texas. It was the wrong phone (It came from the sprint warehouse). This store would not exchange it. They told me I had to send it back to Texas even though the phone came from the corporate warehouse. Absolutely a waste of time doing business in this store. I knew after 10 minutes they (this store) would not help me with an exchange. Dont go there. Go to the Beavercreek store instead. Maybe, if people boycott this establishment, it will go out of business as it should. One star is too many for this store

I give it no stars be but It doesnt allow that. I was looking to get my phone upgraded back in March and there was a upgrade waiving promotion at the time and it was promised to be waived in a few periods but never was, I went back and the a hole manager told me there was no such promotion and seem as if he didnt care at all, DONT GO HERE BECAUSE ALL THE REVIEWS ABOUT THE EMPLOYEES ARE TRUE, incompetence plagues that store and immaturity because no one cares about you as long as youre making a sale

The employees at this store are awful!! Went to upgrade a phone on my account and these dumb dumbs upgraded the wrong phone number after they were given the correct number to upgrade they still screwed it up. Its stores like this that give sprint a bad name. Sad thing is this isnt the first time this location has done this and now you have customer service telling me they can not correct it on their end. What a bunch of bull crap I guess I wiltake my business else where time to look in to AT&T!!

We purchased two new phones from this Sprint store last week. This was perhaps the best experience we have had with Sprint in a long time. He was very helpful in setting up our phones, showing us the different options available, and even helped us save a little money on a new plan that better fits our needs. No pressure, no hype, just a great experience.
