If you are buying a new phone or setting up a new line, everyone is friendly. If you are asking for some follow up service, things can be completely different. Yesterday I encountered the worst customer service Ive ever found in my life. Everyone in the store should thanks the final representative, should named Eugene, without him, a detail complaint will be shown up here and sent to the central company. However the senior/supervisor of the customer service of the central company seems felt quite angry when she found some representatives in this store spoke rudely to her on the phone and ignored her request of helping the customer. I dont know whether she will file any complaint for us.
