I feel there was a bait and switch tactic used on my account. I was very specific with the agent and very clear that I did not want any additional fees. I called back to the store and spoke with Jose Pineda and asked for the name of the agent that handled my sale. He refused and stated that he could not provide any personal information for the employees that work in the store. I asked for the district manager’s information and he said that he could not give this information to me. He then placed me on hold and hung up. I called back and the phone went to voice mail. I then called again and it again went to voice mail. I have been a customer of AT&T for over 19 years and I am appalled at this level of customer service. Yes, $20 per month may not be a lot of money, but the principal of the issue is that this was not what I asked for or what I wanted. I was very specific on my questions and I know that I asked if there would be any additional charges and I was told no. I wish I could give a negative star!

This store is the worst store in the US. Dont buy anything from them they do not know what they are talking about and they provide terrible service and information. Go to a corporate store instead. I purchased an iPhone on a Tuesday and they said it would be in store at the latest by Friday at noon. They said in worst case scenario they can pick up the phone from a different store and bring it in, which is False. I tried calling them and their phones didnt work and I had no way of getting through to them. After all the time I spent trying to get ahold of them and figure out where my phone was they said they would not comp me anything because it was out of our hands. Poor service and lack of empathy for their customer is a complete slap in the face so if you get a chance go to a different store instead of coming to this one. Also christina is the girl who helped us and shes is the one who does not know what she is talking about.

This store has AMAZING customer service is nothing like the corporate store at all. I went to get a upgrade on my phone and they treated me like family and took their time to explain to me everything and also helped me transferring all my information they didnt try to sell me anything I didnt need. I usually dont comment on stores or rate them but they really deserved it. Not sure if anyone has had a bad experience before but they changed the whole staff last month and the new staff its great and eager to help you with anything you need.

First off I do not usually post these but after the exceptional service I received today I felt obliged to. I have been a loyal AT&T customer 5 years now and have always had good experiences. However the service that Jonathan gave me took the cake. He helped me so much I just hope that some one higher up actually takes a look at these things.

THIS AT&T STORE DOES NOT EXIST !!!!!!!! im a huge google fan and everybody makes mistakes, but if this is an old site, or a site not built yet please remove it. i dont have a car and walk everywhere, i walked an hour out of my way to get here only to find out that the only thing there are trees and a wall. thank you.

the store does exist just google placed the dot about 200yards north of the stores location. it you walked 5 minutes south of where you were, you would have found the store in the publix shopping center. Also if you pay to have a cell phone, but not a bike, you have issues.
