The monopoly junior we bought was cheaper here than at Walmart or Target. I really wanted to get done kinetic sand, but the only one they had was opened already. I have had issue with this site having opened products on the shelves before. Previously, I wanted to purchase a faro plush dinosaur egg set, but it was missing two dinosaurs. I asked for a price reduction and was only offered 5% off. I would really only come here if you have to. So so service and products. Go to the one in Beavercreek instead.

I was bored and went to toys r us just to look at the new things. Was there maybe close to an hour over just electronics - people were having problems left and right and there wasnt enough lanes opened for the poor employees dealing with the overload of people. Management like always was no where in sight to help out the overwhelmed employee. Step up toys r us. Youre better then this!

Its Toys"R"Us. They have toys. My kid loves walking around the store, just like I love Best Buy and my wife loves Kohls. I am bored out of my mind there when I am not panicking about the vacuous state of my wallet. But it makes my kid happy. Retirement is for the week. But seriously, the employees just dont seem to be too thrilled being there either.

Went In today on Black Friday, and had a miss understanding (on my part) about a coupon. The manager came out and talked to us. He was so so nice and explained it (not on Black Friday). I wish more employees/managers would have good attitudes like his. Because of the manager we will drive the 45 minutes and shop here again!

I had some gifts to exchange for my kids that were from Toys R Us. So I visited the only local one I knew of. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The store was in a bit of disarray because of them taking inventory. I do not think I would have found what I was looking for had it not been for the staff.

Called to see if they had an item in stock, waited on hold for 10 minutes. A lady comes back, asks me what I am holding for I start to tell her and she hangs up. I have now been trying to get back through to the store for a half hour only to get a peeping sound!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is my childs favorite store so Im going to go ahead and rate it a 5 star. If it was up to me I would give it a no stars for having so many things to empty my wallet inside, lol Just kidding! This is a great store and everyone is always very nice.

Had two older gift cards took over 30 min to get them to accept it.cashier very apologetic.Alex the manager seemed botherd never apologized and acted as though we ripped him off. Even though they could see the amount on the giftcard.

The lines are deadly slow. Not all the registers were open, but employees were standing around doing nothing. The person in front of me in line had a coupon problem, and there was no manager to be found. I just gave up and left.

Service was good, but the smell of some kind of caustic substance was so overwhelming throughout the store, I had to cover my nose and hurry through the store. I walked out with a headache for 3 days after.

This store has a lot of the toys you may need, but the store itself isnt the cleanest and the toys are scattered at times. Staff seem pretty nice most of the times, but others are just quick to move on.
