AT&T internet service is a huge joke. They only have a certain number of ports for our area. Our internet was working fine, and then one day it just quit working. It was green on their end and it said we had service on our end, but it wouldnt work. After hours on the phone, they just kept telling us they didnt know what was wrong, someone is working on it and we will call you back. Guess what - NO return phone calls, NO help, and still NO internet - but you better believe we were paying for it. So, we cancelled service hoping we could start back up with a fresh line. When we tried to re-up with them, they told us our neighborhood only had a certain number of DSL ports and that when we cancelled we lost ours. We just had a new neighbor move in, and I am wondering did they make a mistake and give them our port and that is why they couldnt figure out what was wrong? It was odd that they couldnt give us an answer or return our phone calls. I believe they gave our service to someone else and they have now left us high and dry. I work from home as an Underwriter and have to have access to the internet. Their unprofessional and ridiculous customer service may very well cost me a great job. We have no other option for services besides satellite internet, which does not work with my VPN. Instead of fixing our problem for a service we always paid for on time, they have now left us with no internet options. It is absolutely ridiculous. Now we have to petition for Charter to come to our neighborhood. I hope they do and take every customer from AT&T. This may not be the correct store location for this review, but I need it to be out there.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!!! I WAS LIED TO, WAS TOLD I WAS GOING TO RECIEVE A FREE VR WITH THE PURCHASE OF A NEW PHONE. I SPENT 850$ AND come to find out that six weeks later it was not in with the deal. I was lied to, so the person could get more commission for selling a new phone. he knew it wouldnt be part of the deal and made me believe it was. they did nothing to resolve the solution for someone who has been with them for 15 years. I called the store and they told me oh well, nothing we can do. well thanks for lying to me. I spent almost 900 dollars and you have done nothing. worse customer service ever!!!!!

Unbelievable! Just wanted to purchase a charger did not need help from sales personnel you missed out on a sale because of your protocol for checking people in....took longer to write my name on your tablet than it would have to actually check out my 2 items. You are clearly not trying to make money! Ridiculous.

Worst customer service ever, I go in to ask a simply question, they leave me waiting for 30 minutes. Then, when the sales representative comes out from break, he checks to see whos next, he calls my name only one time, I say here I am, and has Im walking up to him, he skips me and goes to next person.

ATT SUCKS!!! My experience with AT&T was great at first, I got a new iPhone 6 and $150 rebate after paying 2 months of billing service. Ive paid 2 months and still have not gotten my rebate. The sales rep lied to me to get my business and now Im not getting what I promised. AT&T SUCKS!!!

Ordered online for in store pickup. Was texted that my phone is ready now. That was at least 40 minutes ago. Still waiting. Really tired of waiting. Update 1: havent been spoken to in 20 minutes. Went across the street and got a drink. Will update this if anything better happens.

The rep that helped our family was so knowledgeable and patient! Furthermore, a different rep noticed my five year old was getting bored, so she walked her over to a large device loaded with kids games. I really appreciate the time they took with my family!

Sales woman lied told us we had to spend trade in value of 4 phones in store could only put $100 towards bill to find out it was a lie wasted over $400 in store just to find out through customer service that she lied it went under a commission for her.

Just make sure you really need to go to the store. Most everything as far as transferring numbers, etc. they will put you on the phone with customer service!
