Every time I shop at this store, I have the worst experiences. All of the bad experience leads to one thing: poor customer service. From being 9 1/2 months pregnant and having to stand and wait on someone to help me, while there are 3 employees behind the desk and one of them being the manager and they are all talking about their personal lives. Not to mention that nobody in the store offered to help me carry out a pack-in-play, car seat and stroller , while being 9 months pregnant. I receive emails with updated sales and coupons and the store never honors them, and no there arent expired. Also, the person typically with the worst attitude is the manager, huffs and puffs when she has to assist and does it with an attitude without even acknowledging the customer. In my personal opinion, a store that caters to children and pregnant/ existing mothers should be focused on customer service and assuring that the shopping experience is as pleasant as possible. This is just very poor practice and I will no longer be shopping at this store any longer.

There seems to be a serious respect issue at this store. Ive seen both employees and other customers get neglected and treated poorly. Some supervisors are even rude. They dont even acknowledge you. The store always seems to be a disorganized and messy. Old signs are always up in the store and their computer system is terrible and outdated as it doesnt show items that are supposed to be on sale. Also, the store is always uncomfortably hot. On top of that, alot of times there are never enough cashiers to check customers out. This store needs alot of work. Its very unprofessional.

None of the things I see other people reviewing negatively are any different at any toys r us. ToysRUs is this kind of place where you just go wander around and find toys for your kid and then you pay Ive never been in one where its like super friendly or people know exactly where stuff is that doesnt take away from the store also Ive worked at a Toys R Us and I understand the phone thing thats not a strong point for ToysRUs either youve got people who just got jobs they dont know where every toy is and thats okay

The folks here are amazingly helpful and sweet. Kaye, Victor and Tia, thank you for making my purchase of a Britax convertible car seat easy and pleasant for me. The staff is very helpful and efficient and I never had a problem with whether or not they had an item in inventory. The store is clean and easy to navigate. This was my first time in a Toys R Us/Babies R Us, and I came back two more times afterwards because this store is that great. I live in Macon, GA and wish there was one here too. ;)

One word to sum this store unorganized!!! No one knows anything. We ordered baby furniture which is beautiful and made with great quality but everything we come up here to pick stuff up even with a print out of your order they cant find it, or do they know what had already been picked up?? Not sure why this is an issue. Also DO NOT BUY VIDEO GAMES HERE ITS LIKE PULLING TEETH TO RETURN ANYTHING! Some one please train these people!

Really poor services I spent $85 on toys.I was on line for 20 mi. Holding and asked to speak to a supervisor why theres 15 cashiers here but only one is available the answer is what we all heard before I apologize.I called the corp office file a complain they told me that i will be called in 24 to 48 hrs no one called me. After a week on I called corp office they told me that the store mgr called me. i said that was a liar..

i have called there ATLEAST 20 times & i cant get anyone to answer the phone. I dont want to drive ALL the way down to ask a question that can be answered over the phone. Terrible customer service. Everytime i go into the store the customer service sucks. I dont know why i thought calling would be any better. SMH TERRIBLE.. Instaed ill take my business to Wal-Mart or Target.

Terrible customer service. They dont honor there hot deal items and there service is just plan horrible. Very uneducated management and employees. They just dont care about there customers. This is not just a 1 time event its everytime we shop here stay away from this location. I rather shop at Walmart which should tell alot about this place since i stay away from there too.

If I could use zero stars I would! Call and the phone goes to a busy signal. Had a nightmare experience with the NES Nintendo Classic ( which I was given a ticket for) and NEVER received once I got to the register! Called corporate to be told Id have a call back! Well.... THAT NEVER HAPPENED EITHER!!! They suck!!! GOT TO WALMART PEOPLE!!!!

worst customer services in planet all this cashiers but they dont use them budget savings I guess, they dont even answer their call, so that really explains it all. Called the Corp offices that didnt change a thing.... Im done with toys R us all locations... read your reviews before go to toys R us.... please people... Thanks for nothing

The poorest customer service. I went to this store looking for skates, passed several employees, went to the back wall of the store and was most out the door to leave when the first employees spoke to me. Dont bother going here for even mediocre customer service cause there is none. The one star is for that one exceptional employee..

Why wont anyone answer the phone up there ?.. I ordered a crib a month with no call back yet ..thats its in, lost or still waiting to come in!!...so here I am wasting my day calling 50 times with no answer...this is so frustrating and beyond a inconvenience! I need a answer! Please hire someone to handle your customers calls!

I, personally, cant just go in and get what I need. Im like a kid sometimes. My husband even more of a big kid. :) we walk in and start thinking what were going to get our son when hes certain ages, its fun... Then we tackle buying what we came for, which is usually diapers & wipes.

This store is clean and nice to walk around in. The dual Babies R Us and Toys R Us is a little overwhelming but its the best of both worlds. The store runs a lot of great promotional sales and the sales associates are always there for assistance.
