Bad customer service and management. I bought a Turbo Tax from the Target store and decided to return it. When I returned the Turbo tax and I also returned the 5 dollar gift card which I got it when I bought the Turbo tax. The employee returned 44.95 to me. I told him its wrong because I bought it for 49.95. He said he couldnt do nothing. I left the store and realized I should not give the 5 dollar gift card to him. I returned to the store and told him. He didnt say anything and looked like he was mad. He grabbed the gift card from the trash can (He must throw it to) and tried to give it to me. I said to him I could not accept the card from the trash can. He told the other female employee to talk to me. The female employee understood what I meant. She said she couldnt do nothing about the card. I have to have the card from the trash can. They couldnt give me a new card. They treated customer like a garbage. The female employee even told me that the male employee was the store manager. The store manager even didnt know what they were doing. They didnt know the return policy about the Turbo tax and didnt know how to treat their customers like human beings.

Bad customer service. We attempted to grab a pizza at the Pizza Hut. There was already a line and no worker. The people waiting in front of us were attempting to find a worker to help. One walked past us on her self phone and left the store (I guess she was off the clock). Finally we got out of line and to get someone from Startbucks to come over. By that point, the people in front of us had left. The Pizza Hut worker finally came out of the back , only to inform us it would be 7 minutes to get a Pizza because they werent ready. I told her no thanks, we already waited 7 minutes to find her. I asked to speak to a manager who was also unhelpful, she said that when someone is one break, the restaurant is empty and someone from Starbucks is to come over, just as it happened. I asked if I was supposed to chase them down and arrange all that myself. She said no, someone should notice me. Right. I shopped for my items I needed in the store, and they were out of stock off two of them. Then as we exited, there was no worker at the Pizza Hut again. That must be a long break.

This is NOT the worst run Target in America. Its Number 3, behind the slum in Memphis (#1) and the "Where are the cashiers?" Target in St Pete on Park Boulevard. On one positive note, the shelves are well-stocked with merchandise. BUT - and this is a big but - you simply CANNOT get OUT of this store. Cashiers are more rare than honest politicians here, and the few (2? 3?) lines that are open regularly always have too many customers in queue. While suits stand around chatting among themselves, watching the few cashiers. Management hint, guys: GET OFF YOUR DUFFS and HELP YOUR CUSTOMERS make their purchases. Once again, I dropped my anticipated purchase and walked out of the store. Shame on management for allowing a customer to walk. For shame.

Horrible experience with the RedCard payment from this location. Set up a payment in full and received confirmation. Lo and behold, got stuck with a late fee. Apparently they "never received it". Im a technical person. I understand both the hardware and software sides of technology. You are supposed to take care of customers. Spoke to three workers and a supervisor. All told me that I had to pay the extra even after I submitted the full payment AGAIN. I could cancel my card after but I still had to pay and would receive interest on the late fee itself. Do yourself a favor, but less and dont use the RedCard. Not worth the hours on the phone. Not happy. Will take my dollars elsewhere.

Target is my go-to store. I love Target because it has everything and I even have their RED card since I shop there all the time. I just went there today to get some stuff and ended up buying the Target brand turkey deli slices. I came back home to realize after I consumed it that the meat already expired, not just a couple of days, but almost a week. When I called guest services to report the issue, the representative said she would mail me coupons to reimburse me for the turkey but it wasnt only about the reimbursement, it is about the time and money that was wasted because of this. I am appalled that this even happened and am so turned off from buying anything there.

Nasty experience. I was there at about 9:30 a.m. on a Saturday. I have horrible arthritis so I use a riding cart. I had to climb over 2 carts to unplug the one on the end. Got into the store and my first stop was the side wall adjacent to the pharmacy. Tried to turn down the first aisle but it was blocked by staff stocking shelves. So was the second aisle. So was the third. And the fourth. Wow. After that, I had four or five other parts of the store to visit. I encountered three more blocked aisles in my travels. Whatever your excuse or reasoning is, I dont want to hear it.

I visited this store for like a month ago. They have a great selection of items so that I could find what I needed. Also clean and nice place to shop. What I liked was that they even helped me outside of the store so that I could stock items in my car easier. Leaving the store, actually I had car accident right in front of the store. Then one of the employee name Elias.Z helped me so much even though the accident was happened outside of the store. Thanks to his help, I felt very secure inside and out. Want to say thanks and appreciated his help so much. - Miae Kim-

Jessica the lady that works the customer service counter, is extremely friendly, and very empathetic towards customers. I have never seen a target employee as customer service driven as her. It put a big smile on my face to know that there are some really good people in this working world.

Dont go expecting good customer service! I had one small item and the guy standing at the register in electronics said no he wont check me out and to go up front!! And to top it off another time I went the manager was rude! Needless to say Im canceling my target card.

Ordered something online and staff canceled the order & stated the online price was wrong. Ordered same product at a different TGT store and no problem they honored the price. Stopped going here because the staff is discourteous and they dont care about the guests.

They do not honor their sales prices marked by a product, and also claim that the online prices are "not their store" so they dont have to go by those prices. Will not shop in this Target again.
