I shattered the screen on my beloved HTC Inspire and went to go get a new phone from this store. The associate, Michael, was extremely helpful. When I told him what happened and said how I loved my Inspire, he pulled one out of his pocket and said he had one too! I told him I wanted the HTC Vivid and he pulled it out of his pocket and had one of those, too! He was extremely nice and helpful when getting my new phone and was able to give me suggestions on avoiding shattering the screen on my new HTC Vivid. He was very nice, encouraging, and extremely helpful. We even told each other jokes. This has been by far the best experience Ive had in an AT&T store. The other store I normally go to, on Market Place Blvd, was very dry and rigid in their customer service. I will never go to another AT&T store besides this one ever again. I was in and out with my new phone in less than an hour. Michael even helped me re-set up my Google accounts and HTC Hub on the phone right in store to make sure everything worked correctly. Excellent service.

They are unknowledgable on the phones. I call to ask basic questions like the release date of the iphone 7, which was announced already and has a specific date set, and they tell me "ummm, like halfway through the month". They had no interest in looking it up for me or to start the preorder process. I asked about preorders and he said "yeah you might want to do that" with no information on how or why. I asked what the status with the Note 7. He responded "I have no idea".....if this was my store, my employees would be required to have a base level knowledge of at least the most popular handsets. In addition I would never tell a customer simply that I do not know. I would offer to look up the information. If a customer called asking about preordering a phone, I would look up the release date for them and walk them through the preorder process. Was ready to put money down on a new device today and in one short phone call i have been motivated to buy my phone from a 3rd party instead.

I have had a business in Tennessee for the last 18 years and recently relocated to the Suwanee area and having traveled nation wide as a Safety Consultant I can honestly say this AT&T site is by far the most professionally managed facility. The staff are courteous, patient, knowledgable and professional when dealing with potential buyers and each other. My most recent visit when transitioning from my I-Phone to the new Samsung Galaxy S4 was well executed, answered all of my questions regarding the new phone and also offered suggestions regarding AT&T support sites on the web. I will continue to utilize this site for the quality of their staff and their wanting to please their customers! Great job! RRP Suwanee GA.

We went there around dinner time to add ourselves to an existing family plan and take advantage of the buy one get one promotion. We had a fantastic man named Reggie to do all of our stuff. He was personable and overall a great guy to have help us! I went back today to change cases, and he remembered my face and even referred to something from the night before.

Was told if I do my cellphone as a business line Id get a discount (false, you need like 7 lines before getting that discount) was told ATT would cover my cancellation fee FALSE (thats a $500 "misunderstanding" my bill is also about $40 more per month than I expected. Also I magically burn through twice the data as with my old carrier.... sketch.

Amanda and Camille are not for the customers. This store double charged my debit card said they refunded the amount of 271.00 and lied. Went into the store and she told me she could not refund the transaction she had to escalate to her manager. They are always busy but only 2 sales people. Watch your upgrades and make sure you get a receipt.

My husband and I have come in multiple times where we have been completely ignored. No one checks us in, let alone comes in and ask while we are here. We changed from Verizon to AT&T and we have been left unsatisfied. It has been an unpleasant experience.
