Ankur Patel, and the rest of the staff here at Verizon ( I didnt get everyones names) took very good care of me. I got the new phone that I came in for as well as a great deal on my bill. I even ended up getting a few things that I hadnt intended to, but they were so informative that some of those extras that I had wondered about- like a hot spot- but never knew enough about to make the purchase- Ankur made easy to understand and made me feel comfortable- excited even- in purchasing. yaay for me! new toys.

It was a nice change of pace. Most retailers and customer service employees keep pushing to sell stuff, even if you blatantly refuse. Mr. Patel was perfectly understanding when we declined the extra devices. He even went further and explained that it is mandatory for him to offer the devices, and he answered every question I/we had.

Went to the Verizon store which I always hating going to because most of the time there is a wait but today was not the case. Alexander greeted me at the door and from that point on was very helpful in helping me decide on what phone to get. He was very friendly as was all of the staff. Would definitely come back here in the future.
