We had an amazing experience when we went into this store. We went in to upgrade 1 phone and Courtnie was our sales associate. She worked with us until we were able to upgrade 2 phones and with the phones we had we were in really good shape getting our cases etc. She spent over an hour with us and never seemed inpatient or like she was in a hurry. She was even able to help another customer while she was helping us! She had to order our screen covers and told us to come back in as soon as they came and she would put them on for us which she did and was very happy to do! I watched her interact with the customer she was with when we got there and it was an elder lady and she was so patient and sweet to that little lady! I have been with Verizon for a long time and have always had excellent customer service and Courtnie was definitely another I really enjoyed working with. And luckily she is right here in my home town so if I have any needs with my phones or my service she made us feel like we can go in anytime for any reason and she will be available to help us!! Excellent!!

These guys used to be terrible but now that they are "under new management" they are EVEN WORSE!!! I have been a Verizon customer for over 10 years but the service in this store was so bad I switched to AT&T just so I would never have to go in there again. If they have even one customer, you will wait at least an hour. I went in twice to get a new phone and they told me they would call me back "in twenty minutes" but never called at all. When I called in the next day to ask WTF? they told me "we got busy". This happened twice before I just gave up. If you dont want my business, others do and for a better price.

Courtney the new store manager is wonderful! We had a problem with my grandparents phone getting damaged in the store. She made it right by replacing the phone. Great customer service!!!!! Thank-you so much for going above and beyond!
