If you all the time in the world, love standing around, have nothing to do and no where to go, well this is the PERFECT T-Mobile store for you!!! They are the slowest(Double Meaning) people I have ever seen. They explain the same features a product has over and over and over again even when the customers has not asked about them, they go off on tangents, they are rude, and the most !!INFURIATING¡¡ part is that they simply wont listen to you, you can not make a comment, there is no making jokes, and no small talk to be had. Now you are think well they will atleast stop for me to ask my questions.......OH NO NO NO, you can try but they will just bull right on ahead now like you never said a word and after everything is said and done(3 Hours Later), and you have paid them a good sum of money for their horrible services, your questions still were never answered and if you ask your questions once they finally stop talking and are ready for you to get out of their store or buy something else, they will look at you as if you were the most simple, dumdest, most worthless person to have had ever walked the Earth and say "I dont know and I cant look it up right now because we have a very long waiting list, I really need to try to help another the customer now. Bye." Then the turn away and call the name of the next victim... I mean loyal customer who most likely needs the speed, expertise, and quality information of a half way decent employee. Its #@&!%£‰ ridiculous to say least. Oh yeah and then the icing on the cake, yesterday (05/30/15 11:00am-12:30pm) the Hispanic T-Mobile employee(light tan, almost looked white) who was working at the computer station to the left after you enter the store through the front doors, about 56" to 60", almost bald, and the down right slowest, rudest, most inconsiderate employee i have ever had the misfortune of dealing with chased after me as I was leaving the store and loudly screamed, in front of a whole store full customers mind you "I really didnt appreciate that" all because I walked up to the check-in clip board, crossed my name out and then left the store because I had to go to work and they had already made me late enough as it was. Also I am faily positive that the employee who embarrassed T-Mobile by throwing a fit like child, then ran out of the store after me, and started screaming at me, yeah he is a manager. T-Mobile is just lucky that I understand, yes he may represents T Mobile but T-Mobile does not represent him, meaning I know that T-Mobile would not stand for that kind of behavior and would never want to be represented in such a disgraceful manner. Sooooo PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do your self a solid and have good decency to save your time, money, and patience for a T-Mobile store that care for and about the customers!!!! I know those store are out there for example the store on Sugarloaf Parkway by Shanes Rib Shack.

I have Sprint; I went there for someone to tell me on T-Mobile to cause me to switch plans. When I got there, I was asked basically "what do you want?" When I explained that I had Sprint, but was looking around, the helper was confused and it boiled down to "come back when your Sprint plan is up." At no point did anyone attempt to sell me a phone or convert me from my existing service... so Ill just stick with what I have until my plan is over, then order my T-Mobile plan online. The website seems more functional than the actual store and overall faster to check out.

Divorce service I ever experienced in my whole life I went to the store to purchase a phone the assistant manager Renald he was robbing me so guys be careful when you go to the store make sure check your transaction before you make a payment because they will say you a lot and at the end they will charge you for something that you shouldnt be charged

Recently switched from ATT. I loved the atmosphere and the friendly employees at this store; our salesperson was so nice and patient setting up all of my familys phones. I went in again to pay my first bill and it was the same pleasant experience. I definitely recommend!

If you have a return, expect to be treated like crap! This place expects you to keep a defective phone, watch out for The short chubby girl with her nose pierced, she was so rude and unprofessional!
