The two Latinos provide excellent customer service. However, the Indian young guy up in there is rude and nasty. He doesnt like to even give service, let alone provide customer service. I had to purchase another phone the other day and when I walked in, he went to the back and was missing in action for 20 mins. I had to ask him what was going on, and he was like WAIT. LMAO! This guy is a trip! The only reason I give them 1 star is because of the other reps there, but they are not there as often. Please fire dude, or give him some training 101. Its comical and surreal. LOL

Terrible experience in the world. Was recently release from the hospital and bill was due, went in with mask and all and treated so disrespectfully. Poor poor customer service . Employees need to be better trained. This is my second bad experience here
