I am pleased with this Verizon store’s customer service. I have been to this location on several occasions and the customer service has always been good. Today specifically I was helped by one of the stores representatives, Matt. He was very helpful. He took time to answer my questions and put effort into alleviating difficulties I was having with a new phone I purchased; difficulties not due to this store or Verizon. Matt was patient and I never felt that I was being an inconvenience or taking up his time. Thanks!
