First of all... This IS NOT A REAL VERIZON STORE. This is pretty much a glorified party store that just happens to sell verizon phones. I went into the store a while back with my mom, and salesperson Laurie was quite rude and condecending. She had a "know it all" attitude with me. She kept trying to convince me to get a phone that I didnt want. The actual phone I wanted, they didnt have in stock. Which makes sense that she was trying to talk me out of it. On top of that, the prices that were on the tags were a lot more expensive than what was at the verizon store in brighton. Go to an actual verizon store like the one in brighton. I went there and was a lot happier with everything. They have everything in stock and are a lot more professional and knowledgable.

My first visit to this store, to upgrade 2 cell phones, was not pleasant at all for several reasons. Found out once I got home that the "free tablet" actually includes $40 activation fee, and 2 year contract at $10 per month. (To surf the web at home on my wifi?? I dont think so.) We were about to go back to Sprint. My subsequent visits, with Marianne Vernon, were EXCELLENT. She took care of the situation with great care, patience, and a smile. She has wonderful customer service skills! Once we finally got everything straightened out, I am now a happy customer... thanks to Marianne!! If you visit this store, I highly recommend working with her.

Was sold a Znitro Tempered Glass Screen Protector by Alex. He told me these things were awesome and would never break or scratch. 4 days later its chipped. When into the store and as the sales person was looking at it and as he was giving it back to me he drops my phone cracking the screen protector from one side to the other. I told him what he had just done and says oh well your just going to have to send it in and pay an additional $15 on top of the $40 I already paid. They are not friendly and they broke something and he just didnt care.

The most HORRIBLE customer service. The "manager" Shawn, and representative Coady are absolute scammers. Took advantage of my 60 year old father, lied and said Verizon does not carry I phones(when asked about the free phone upgrade) and he went to return it an hour later and they told them they were going to charge him a 50.00 restocking fee!!! When I called them, he cursed at me, and assured me that corporate would do NOTHING to them...STAY AWAY!!!

Matthew and Mario were very helpful upgrading our phones. Matthew was very patient and helpful explaining all of our phone options and the features of all of them. They both helped us recover multiple forgotten passwords and were able to successfully transfer all of our contacts and photos. They made our upgrade experience very enjoyable. I would recommend them to anyone looking for assistance at a Verizon store.

The customer service that Matthew provided was outstanding. Went into get 2 new phones, no wait at all. Got a better price than my current plan. He got us the information we decided to buy and my wife picked a color Iphone 7 they did not have in the store, Mathew went to the Hartland store and got it for us. I wont have to shop anywhere else in the future for our phone needs. Highly recommend this place!

I went to this store, knew the phone that I wanted and was told they would order it and have it by friday. I went in on Friday and they did not have the phone and did not seem to care or want to find out where it was or when it would be in. I turned around and walked out and they didnt try to stop me and see what they could do to make me happy. By far the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

I continue to use this store because I always leave with more knowledge in regards to my phone. Today I worked with Brandon Benard for the purchase of a new phone. Brandon navigated me thru my new phone with an overabundance of patience. I feel confident leaving the store with my new phone and operating thru the various apps.,etc. Brandon is a great teacher and salesman.

These people are truly nice and will bend over backwards to help you out. I would send all my friends and family there. The $35 restocking fee is a standard at all Verizon Wireless company owned store. The signs are posted and its on your receipt. Its pretty standard on most electronics, especially at Best Buy and other electronic stores.

Had to go here to get billing issue fixed that wasnt resolved correctly during my previous trip. The rep was knowledgeable, helpful and had the problem fixed in no time. The atmosphere is also very nice. They have lounge chairs with charging stations making any waiting not unpleasant. (I waited 10-15 min)

Liz was very very helpful. Told me about the different phone options I could upgrade to, and answered any questions I had. She also was very patient when it came to me trying to figure out the PIN to my account. Overall she was very friendly and I will be returning if I ever have any questions again :)

What a joke. If you have a problem all they are going to do is shuffle you through endless phone calls that accomplish nothing. Just buy your phone online and forget about doing business here. Every accessory in store is marked up ~200% also. Waste of time!

They sold us a defective Samsung phone that overheated and blew up the screen within 5 minutes of first charge. Had never been used. They said to bad use the insurance. Refuse to exchange or make it right.
