Bought a phone here a two years ago and was promised over 200 dollars in rebates. NONE of them worked! Now for my current issue. I just moved back to Michigan and my phone stopped taking a charge the day I arrived. I am a contractor and I rely on my phone to get paid and I have plenty of work lined up here. I went to the Chelsea Verizon store and they told me my software was "totally screwed up". They spent the time to order me a new phone because mine was under warranty. I received my new phone and it also would not charge. Hmmm...?? So I went to the Ann Arbor Verizion store and they gave me a charger and returned the phone I never needed. It was so very easy and nice unlike the Chelsea location. Today I went back just to the Chelsea location just to discuss what happened and was met with childish defensive snarky and straight up rude service. I have been lead to believe these boys know nothing more than how to try and make a dollar. They can offer you no actual help. But they are happy to tell you you are welcome in the most for thier next to useless efforts. Do not shop there they will tell you anything to make a buck.

I bought an iphone from the store 3 days ago and im already regretting it. A combination of poor business ethics on the corporate scale as well as perhaps this storefronts fault. Ive never had a smartphone so there are a few features I didnt know about, one being the "wifi assist" which if the phone deems your wifi isnt strong enough, it will use data. Even though I have great wifi at my house in the center of town, this feature managed to use a very large amount of data on my very finite data plan. The second grievance is that I started my 2 gig plan on the 8th, and since it was the 8th, they didnt actually give me the full 2 gigs of data, only 1.4 gigs because it wasnt the beginning of the month, which was also something I wasnt informed of and caused me to go over my plan. When I went in the store for help and to see if anything could be done, they all but laughed at me and sent me packing.

Ive been coming to COMTRONICS for years, and have only ever worked with Erik Fetters for any of my phone and accessory needs. He has always been more than helpful, and follows up with me after every purchase. He is more than willing to answer questions even when he isnt working. Ive been so happy with all my purchases, that I have even referred my family and friends to him for any of their cellular needs. He has even set up appointments for me and my parents to save some time. I highly recommend stopping by, and asking Erik about any questions you may have as he has been one of he most knowledgeable individuals Ive met when it comes to cell phones and all the complicated things that can come along with them!

Jake assisted my husband in replacing his phone today plus he answered all of our questions. He set up my husbands phone and ensured we were good to go before we left. My husband was without a phone for about 3 weeks as we were in Florida when his old phone quit working... He did not like the service he received at a Verizon store in Florida and chose to go without a phone until we were home in Michigan and he could see Jake. Jake assisted us the last time we updated our products. That speaks volumes for Jake because my husband is lost without his phone!!! Thanks to Jake for all of his awesome customer service.

Erik is always extremely helpful. Gets me the perfect phone at a great price. He even sends me updates when Im eligible for upgrades, there are deals on phones that Im interested in, or there are better plans available. I travel the extra 30 minutes just for the great customer service. I highly recommend you go see him if youre in the market for a new phone or plan.

Im currently writing this with my new iPhone 7+ that I love so so much! Im so thankful for all of Peggys help while I was in the store and after I left. She was so kind and followed up until everything was set up with my phone. She was time conscious, budget conscious, and very friendly! Im so thankful I walked in at the right time to work with her!

I loved that I got exactly what I wanted and the service was just all around excellent. Erik fetters was really nice and courteous and got me a deal that there was absolutely no way I couldnt except it. I recommend if anyone ever needs to get a new phone then they should definitely fo to Verizon wireless in Chelsea michigan and see Erik Fetters!

Went Friday and purchased three new phones the Samsung Galaxy S7edge, Droid Maxx 2 and Droid Turbo . We seen Peggy Debose and she was awesome. It was her first day on her own and you couldnt tell.
