Worst experience ever!! Order new iPhone 7 on october 25th, they sold it to someone else. Ordered another November, they sold it again!! They ordered another around November 22 this time I finally got it but lost out on the $650 credit from Verizon. Was told they would refund me the difference and now Im February still no call from the manager. And I have called him over and over again just to hear he was waiting on the district manager! Have told corporate Verizon how terrible this place is hope they do something about them!!

What pleasure it was doing business with Shavon Walls and her counterparts....I was there for a new phone and was sold the S8. The customer care was above reproach to an excellent experience. I not only purchased a phone but was given a mini tutorial to get me started. The associate, Shavon., also followed up with a courtesy text to see if I need any additional help....this kind of customer service is hard to find. Thanks so much Verizon for your staff on Hudson Bridge.

Its a Saturday afternoon and the only Verizon employee in the store has been helping the same customer for about an hour. I cant speak on how good the cellular service is with Verizon, because Im with AT&T at the moment, but by all means do yourself a favor and dont come to this location on Hudson Bridge Rd in Stockbridge, GA for customer assistance. Geezzzzzus help me.

I was now able to return the tablets. The sales repasenitave Earl was extremely helpful with all our concerns. I cant express how much this impresses me. I will remain a true Verizon customer.

A great place to get a great deal on cellulars/tablets & more. Oh dont forget to ask for Salesmen Mr. Pickett he is the only one who knows that he doing. He gets you in and out as quickly as possible. Hes also the only person that can help all small business with their company. So take a look at this place.
