I went to this store for help with my phone because the screen was not working. I asked the associate to look at my phone and/or help me with the warranty. The associate set my phone down on the counter and walked away from me. Then the other associate stated very rudely that I had to call a number and send my phone in for warranty. I said that I had been to a cricket store before and they replaced it on the spot with a new one. He then started to argue with me even involving another customer and I picked up my phone and said thanks for looking at it. I then left. I would not recommend this store to anyone or will I ever go back. Smh!

Best cell phone experience yet... I was here on work from out of town. I stopped in to check on getting an additional line. The rep who was working was very helpful and got us a great buy on a great phone. Then he noticed there was a better plan of service for my current lines to save me money. This right here is a prime example of why I left Verizon to join the cricket family. I would recommend this store to everyone!

i was In there last week and the guy who was working there gave me a very good deal and was very nice and respectful and I will never go back to a different cricket store I used to go to the Wilmington pike and they are very rude. see the guy name sam I think at that store he will take very good care of you

Terrible service. Sunshine and roses while I was looking and I eventually bought the phone. A week later when the phone did not work he didnt give me the time of day.

The gentleman typically working here has some issues with attitude and is incredibly rude. Be prepared... or go to the store on Wilmington... Unbelievable!
