Dont go here. Extremely inconsistent and mostly rude. I took my phone here twice. Originally, I dropped my phone and the screen was cracked. The man working at the time was very nice and seemed very knowledgeable. I felt safe leaving my phone there. 2 months later my screen stays black. I bring it back to them, the man there this time admits he knows almost nothing about phones. So, he cant give me any idea of when my phone will be looked at. A few days pass and I call to ask about my phone. The man who answers doesnt even know the phone Im talking about. He tells me I called the wrong place. Is fairly rude. Then he finds my phone and just says "your phones not ready yet." and thats it. A full week, I go to the shop, the first guy is there. He doesnt know my phone. He has to call somebody on the phone to get an answer. Apparently, I need another new screen?? Nobody had called me to tell me this, and he implies that I must have dropped it again, which I havent. I also told him about the rude behavior I got on the phone, and he responds by saying they have gotten a lot of new staff and they are "worthless". I took my phone, still not working, and left. I was extremely disappointed. The first visit was okay, the second was a disaster.

horrible. i went in to get my White iPhone fixed because it cracked and unknowingly they put a black screen instead of a white screen when I went back I was totally disappointed I shouldve been notified about this.they offered to change the black screen to a white screen for free when white screens came in which I was fine with. when I came in the next time to get my white screen on,the owner caught a bit of an attitude and said "I cant even use the black screen anymore because you got scratches on it."as if it was my fault that he put a black screen instead of white. I got my white screen on anyways and when I got home i realized that when I try to type certain letters other letters on the opposite side of the keyboard pop up its extremely annoying I can barely type anything. also when I try to swipe up it glitches and apps open up randomly. it was even such a struggle to type this. do NOT recommend at all!!

The way business is conducted here is absolutely horrid. We called the store to confirm they have the lcd for my aunts phone (we asked twice to make sure they do) and then I drove an hour away to get here and guess what they didnt. The guy at the counter was completely oblivious about phones and starts trying to match the previous generations screen to my phone (did this four times btw) in my head Im thinking moron its obviously not going to work. After I get home we call to complain about their service and my wasted 2 hours, hoping to get even a slight apology from the owner. Instead he says in the most saracstic tone " do you want me to write you a letter of apology". I had to hang up, I didnt exchange any money with them today but I cant even imagine how horrible it wouldve been to do buisness with them. Do yourself a favor and do business with a different store, one that actually cares about its customers.

PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE THEY SUCK! When I first cracked my phone screen I went here to get it fixed for $125. Looked great and they even gave me a tempered glass screen protector. 2 weeks later and my phone has lines through it but the outside screen of the phone is perfect. My phone wouldnt let me click anything on the screen. No cracks or anything. Took it back and the owner called me a liar, he told me that I cracked it when literally my phone is right in front of him and told me he was not going to fix it and I was going to have to pay another $125. He was EXTREMELY rude to me and I was completely shocked. Do NOT go here. PLEASE!! If you have an iPhone just pay the extra money to get it fixed or go somewhere that is professional and more legit. Owner is rude, inconsiderate, and unprofessional.

Went in thursday to get a phone unlocked and they said it will be 48 hours for the unlock code kept calling all the way till monday and they had no Specific answer why My needs have not been met - instead they play this childish game where they would pass the phone off and every one of them said they were the manager Smh worst place ever - never again

My phone glitches so bad after my phone got fixed, my talking speaker doesnt work , I have to to use headphones to talk, the phone clicks on apps and letters out of no where , I been up there 1 time after my phone got fixed about my speaker and they told me its My fault , I live to far to be coming back over there , I really want my phone fixed

very reasonable price & it only took less than about half an hour to fix my screen! :) I would give this 5 stars but my front camera looks really dirty & not the same as before & my screen is starting to have a few dark spots in the bottom but other than that everything is fine. I would recommend them though ! :)

A friend had his screen replaced by Sunny Wireless. He recommended that I get my screen replaced there instead of attempting to do it myself and potentially destroying the phone. Sunny Wireless repaired my phone in less than half an hour. They did a great job and were very pleasant. Thank You!

Took my shattered iPhone 3G to him, had a brand new screen in 15 minutes, for merely $70. There was a small problem with a touch pad connector cable disconnecting in the back, simply took it to him where he fixed it in a matter of 5 minutes. Recommended!
