I dont know why everyone is complaining about the service here. Every time I come in, Ive been treated with excellent customer service. People please, just because your phone is malfunctioning or not working as well as it used to when you first go it, dont blame in on the reps, theyre doing the best they can! Ive been going to this location for over 5 years and I refuse to go to any other AT&T location. I went in there today to have a SIM card swap and had a question with my bill. Lijo was able to assist me as soon as I walked through the door and was happy to answer all my questions regarding my bill. Ive recommended a lot of my friends and family to this location and all of them have had great customer service experience!

More like TERRIBLE!! i went here to switch phones. I have been an att customer for more than 12 years and they have always treated me with respect. Always eager to help you out on the phone or at the stores. Well, The person incharge of the store was nothing but rude!!! HE EVEN ASKED US TO LEAVE THE STORE because i wasnt buying a phone but, just changing the sim from one phone to the other. On top of that HE CHARGED ME $20 CASH TO DO IT BECAUSE THE "CARD SYSTEM WAS DOWN" I mean seriously? Do your self a favor and go else where dont mess his count like he said. dont expect him to help you at all. You will be treated way better and with respect at any other store. This Guy its been the worst I have ever dealt with.

Daniel, the sales rep, was nothing but rude and full of lies; thank you sir for wasting 2 hours of my life. After dealing directly with you i am switching phone companies.I cannot believe the lies he told me and about him not being able to connect my transfer number when I have a text from AT&T saying I can transfer. And then he tells me to call them and deal with them directly. What is worse he knew what phone I wanted and decided when I came back he all of a sudden did not have an iphone. Daniel, how are you so selfish just because you close in ten minutes you are going to tell me you dont have the phone. Wow know wonder you are an authorized retailer.

I have been treated with nothing but the best customer service at this location. The staff is always friendly. I really like Sharri. She helped me out the other day and was very patient with the fact that I have no knowledge of technical phone stuff. I will definitely be returning anytime I have an issue.

This is a great and well kept store. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and the employees were so educated and knew exactly how to help me out. The store is clean and the employees are friendly! I will definitely be returning to this specific AT&T and I will be recommending them to everyone!

By far the best customer service Ive experienced. Very knowledgeable staff! They found out what the best solution to my problem was, AND I walked out with a new iPhone/iPad for less than what I planned on spending for one phone. Ill definitely be back, thanks for all the help!

Poor to Fair doesnt even come close to describing the worthless service received at this store! The manager is a bold faced liar. I have NEVER received such horrible service and been lied to so boldly. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!!!!
