Theyre not professional and liars. This is how it happened!!!!! I called them to see if they will fix my Apple Watch I cracked my watch screen, they told me I have to come to the store and fill up a form and I did the guy his name "Christian" said it will take two weeks and I accepted based on his word. I was waiting at least four weeks, than I decided to call them. The guy said we had some issues inside the store and we forgot to order it. I said to him why you didnt order it he said Im sorry we will order it and this time it will take only two days. That was wedensday on Friday I received call from them that my watch screen arrieved and I have to go their store. When I got there they told me it will take only half an hour I was waiting for an hour than my phone ring I thought finally my watch fixed. They guy said sir you need to come to the store. Ok Than when I got to the store he said sorry we ordered the wrong screen!!!! I said what you mean he said this is for Apple Watch series1 and yours is series 2. Ok what the solution now he said we need to order it again and how long is going to take? He said another two weeks!!!!!! I was looking to my watch after he gave it to me I find out he scratch the frame. And when I showed it to him he said it was like that I showed him the picture before I gave it to him than Christian said Im sorry I scratch it and we will fixed it for you and we will charge you only $130 instead of $150. I never heard from them again until on of their manager his name is Matt Hul called and promise to help but his words werent good every time I called he wont answer only answer machine. If you really like your gadgets phone, tablets or laptops think before you take it to their store!!!!! Bad costumer service and no experience.

Do not come here. The only reason they have positive comments is because you get 10% for a good review. Im a highly upset customer and will never come here again. I let 3 different people fix my phone on 6 different occasions and all of them caused a different internal issue in my BRAND new iPhone 6s Plus. Not once did I get frustrated because I wanted my phone fixed but on the 6th visit I was disgusted, my phone does not charge , I can not listen to headphones, it only Works on speaker, there is a delay with my lock button. Im at just at a loss of words for the amount of damage this place has done to my Phone. To add I only came to get my screen replaced now I need a whole new phone. Everytime I came, they were fixing customers phones that they had previously messed up. Stay away from here, pay more and go to Apple or a DECENT cell phone repair company.

I came in with a broken charge port and defective battery and the technician Matt Hull was more than honest and professional. I called several places before speaking to Matt on the phone and all said they would crack my screen in order to replace the charge port with 100 percent certainty. Matt let me know that the chance was high but that he would be very careful, that he would do it in front of me for full transparency and that his personal oppinion was that he could do it without cracking it. He made the repairs with no damage and best of all it was cheaper than any other quote I had received for the same service by more than 30% I will never look elsewhere for future repair needs. Matt made my experience but Cellairis seems to have the right business model to help their customers at a competitive rate and in a convinient manner.

Encountering this Cellairis was one of my first times coming across one in Walmart. I typically pass these in malls, and this had a different look, so I was instantly intrigued. I was with a friend of mine and we initially came up to the store because of the triple action plan, and were checking out prices, etc. Sterling who attended to us was a very informative and helpful sales associate who showed great enthusiasm for the product and plan! Very impressed with the customer service at this location. Sterling and Larrie were very helpful! If you need a good case, a viable phone or computer repair service, or replacement for a cracked screen - this Cellairis should be your go-to!

So many phone repair places online had 3 star google ratings, when I saw that Cellaris has 5 stars, I was really impressed. When I went in for my service, I also received 5 star customer service. The price was the best around town and they were able to tell me everything up front and let me know specifically if they found a problem while fixing my screen that they would stop the process and wait to talk to me. I think that is very important and I was glad to hear all those details up front. It also only took 30 minutes for the repair & they threw in a discounted glass cover as well.I was impressed and will recommend to others for sure.

My new favorite tech place... I stopped by this very inviting spot that recently opened in my local Walmart. I was greeted by smiling faces and friendly people. They were very knowledgeable and provided excellent customer service. I have found my new go-to for smart phone and computer repair! They swapped out my cracked Galaxy S4 screen while I shopped and removed viruses from my laptop in just a couple days. Prices were best around, short of meeting that weird guy from craigslist in the parking lot. I will definitely be returning and making sure my friends know where to go!

I do not normally submit reviews. However, I was so impressed with the excellent service that I received at the Cellairis repair shop in the Suwanee Walmart store (store # 3462)...that I feel compelled to submit this 5 star rating. Although the staff at the store was not able to repair my cell phone, they worked really hard to do so. The expertise and professionalism that they exhibited reflects positively upon the company Cellairis (and this store in particular) and has restored my faith in good customer service. Savannah greeted me with a smile the moment we walked in and is very nice and helpful. She explained to me the whole process of what and how she was going to fix my iPad 2s broken screen and let me know the time it would to take fix ahead of time. She went to work immediately and the repair is flawless. I could not tell that I even broke the screen at all. Would definitely recommend this place to my friends and to Savannah again if they ever have the same misfortune of breaking their screens too.

Was searching for a replacement screen for my iPhone 6 and was considering a drive to my usual repair guy 45 minutes away, Did a local search and saw the great write ups about the local cellairis at the Suwanee Walmart. Was not disappointed, Tyler was friendly and knowledgable and had my phone repaired within 30 minutes! Dont bother searching anywhere else if you live in the Duluth/Suwanee and surrounding areas, you have a trustworthy and friendly place right around the corner!!!
