Customer service was poor. We were left sitting and waiting for a long time and then when everyone else was helped, two of the three agents left and went in the back room leaving us sitting for another 10 minutes without any explanation. Then the remaining agent just stood there talking to a customer without saying anything to us until I confronted her about it. Then she told me that she was now off work and I had to wait until another agent came back out. Somebody should have at least said to us that she was now off after she helped others and that one of the other agents would be out shortly...and then at least we would have known what to expect.

This location always provided excellent customer service no matter whos is there. I shopped on several occasions, never same people in store but always same quality. I was told by another location to just call customer service number and take care of it myself. This location offered to make the call and perform all changes to account for me. Personnell appears to enjoy what they are doing. I would not hesitate to drive a few extra miles to get to the 78 location

The BEST customer service anywhere!!! Glenn stayed after the store closed my service was right then did follow-up calls to make sure all was well!! He remained so patient the entire time. Never have I been so happy with the customer service at a cellular establishment! Theyre the best!!

I love the locale... Always a good day to go there. They have remodeled for so reason. Nonetheless I try to do all my transactions there.
