AWFUL EXPERIENCE. No morals or care for customers. I purchased an Iphone 6 screen repair, as well as a tempered glass screen protector solely based off the fact it would "keep my screen from cracking" should I ever drop it again. I dropped my phone simply on the hardwood floor and to my surprise, not only was my screen cracked but the tempered glass protector was cracked as well. I was very upset that I purchased a good because it was suppose to protect my screen from cracking. THAT WAS A LIE. When I called, I was treated extremely poorly during the duration of the phone call. The man I spoke with was rude, put me on hold in the middle of my sentences without notice, and held side conversations while I was trying to be serviced. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. They are Fraudulent Scammers trying to bully consumers into buying useless products that will not protect their phones. Again. DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY ANY OF YOUR MONEY.

Horrible experience. First of all I usually dont do this because it doesnt bother me ,but this time is different. Im shopping around for a case and come here and this guy has a nasty attitude like not even a welcome or anything he points the 6 cases which I needed and I looked at them then he rips open a tempered glass case and kind of forces me to buy it. I was gonna come back and he said come on I opened it. Not even in a funny way just a rude attitude he gave me a deal for $40 for both case and tempered glass which is why I bought. Never again will I buy from this POS again. I went to mall of ga earlier and Melissa works at the kiosk there and she was talking to me and making me feel welcome. I should of bought from her when I had the chance. Next time I know where to go. I dont have a problem with this place. Just this exact location at sugarloaf mills. How someone makes you feel comes a long way and you cant put a price on that.

Dude replaced my cracked screen. He told me the 5s screen by itself cost $85. However when another guy walked up he sold him one for $50. He didnt want me to see the transaction and tried to convince me to continue shopping....To justify the low price he claimed the screen he sold the other guy was "defective"..LOL! Took me a sec to catch on but its cool.... You got me as I just needed the work done... but I will make sure others are aware of your shady business tactics :)

This place is great to get your phone fixed! There are great deals that you dont want to miss out on. I got my screen fixed here and it was for sure the cheapest place to do it. I also got a case and screen glass protector for a great deal. I highly recommend this place for anyone trying to get their phone fixed.

Terrible place. Put A replacement screen for iPhone 6. Came off the next day. They didnt want to fix the problem saying there is no way they can fix or replace it.. Never go there again
