Okay heres the deal. My BFF lost her phone while visiting me in Georgia. She originally went to this Boost store to get a replacement. Well, the sales lady was so Un-knowledgeable. She gave wrong information about the phone,warranty and exchange policy. The phone itself was horrible! The volume would go down in the middle of a conversation and would not power on and off when prompted. We came to exchange this worthless phone and was told the complete opposite, so I was livid! However, Ricky was AMAZING! He worked with us and we left with a higher price phone than expected. If it was not for him, this total experience would have been horrible. I would like to recommend anyone looking for a phone and great service to come to Boost Mobile on Hudson Bridge Rd in Stockbridge and ask for Ricky!!!

I switched from metro pcs to boost. That was the biggest mistake the service is poor the phones are cheap the tax and fee everything. I went to the boost mobile locationon Hudson bridge and they are rude and did not help me out at all dont I repeatdont get boost mobile phone they suck
