The Avenue Verizon Store was very professional and efficient. Easiest phone buying experience Ive had to date. I tried the other local store which was closer but found it impersonal with no place to sit. A the time, the were busy and wait time was an hour so they said come back in an hour. I did, they said you were 5 minutes late, youll have to wait another half hour. I said, "not really..." And went to the Avenues Store where I should have gone in the first place. The Avenues Verizon store has comfortable chairs where you can wait (I waited about 5 minutes). I found buying both professional and prompt service thanks to Brittany which made upgrading to a new S7 a breeze. Dont wast your time on the impersonal Corporate store. Go here.

My husband and I wanted to upgrade our outdated phones. We were told about a promotion where if you upgrade your service, we could get the Android Z Play for $0 so we agreed. The credit would be seen in a couple of months and retroactive. After receiving our second bill without the phone credit, I called customer service. Apparently, we were given false information about the promotion. The store admitted their mistake. Their response was for us to return our phones. Really? You call that customer service? I am done with Verizon after this incident!

Have been with Verizon for 15 years. I currently have 4 lines with them paying 260+ a month. Wife had phone stolen this past week. I am eligible for 2 upgrades in September--one on the 14th. I asked if they would push the upgrade window up by 49 days in order to get a new phone for my wife. Denied. What a shame. I have been a loyal customer to them for quite some time. I guess the loyalty thing does not work both ways. Verizon must be doing so well that they do not need long term customers like me anymore--or my 260 dollars.

Ive been with verizon for over 20 years. when they start treating you like crap AND WITH no respect! I THINK ITS TIME TO START LOOKING FOR A NEW PROVIDER !!!! SO LONG VERIZON. HOPE YOU CHANGE YOUR OUTLOOK TOWARD LONG TIME CUSTOMERS, IF NOT YOU LOOSE THEM. ITS HARD TO GET CUSTOMERS , ITS EASY TO LOOSE THEM WHEN YOU DONT RESPECT THEM!!!!!!!! ALLOT TO THINK ABOUT. NOW LOOKING AT OTHER PROVIDERS AND AS I DO TELL THEM THE VERIZON CUSTOMER RESPECT STORY.

Not a store for reviewing your Verizon bill at or with. The lady was like I cant go over the bill in detail with you. I asked why it was so much and the taxes and I had a copy and asked to go over the charges (non customer rush hour) and she was too busy. There was less then one customer per Verizon staff in the store. They are becoming like Comcast customer service after the sale. I suggest going to another corporate store first.

I had a problem with the charger that came with my G3. It stopped working so i stopped by this store to see what they could do. Tracey gave me a new charger, which is actually better than the one that came with the phone (it has a light on it). It saved me because i was pretty far from home and my phone was almost dead. In & out in about 10 minutes, problem solved, great service.

Went in to upgrade my phone and the manager and person helping me were very rude when it come down to $30 activation fee. They were willing to lose customer to another carrier for $30 activation fee. I instead when to Best Buy got $200 Best Buy gift card and they waived the activation fee. Verizon better thank Bestbuy for keeping me as customer.

Wasted a Saturday (Black Friday Weekend) evening here waiting to speak with the GM. Finally got ahold of him after an associate called him after he left without talking to us, while we were still waiting on him in the store! GM has no business being in customer service. Probably my worst experience since Sprint back in the day.

Verizon refuses to stand by their products. They are either selling the worst phones in the universe (LG V20).... or they have the worst network. Either way I am moving to ATT because they refuse to resolve the issue with their products.... VERIZON sold me a phone not LG.

The worst customer service Ive ever experienced from Verizon. Very disappointing.. Ive been a loyal customer for many years, but I will be seeking another provider... It may just me the staff at this location, but they are representing Verizon in a very negative way.

Just had the most amazing experience at this Verizon. Vinson was so helpful from beginning to end, and made the whole process of upgrading phones and updating plans so easy. So thankful for this experience! I would recommend anyone go here and see Vinson.

Nor impressed. I have been with Verizon since my pager. I came in to a empty store. One customer and 4 associates. After 5 min started to write this. At this point I am walking out without one person trying to help. I guess I will be going to Best Buy.
