Service isnt good. The young manager assisted me to tell me that his associates will help me in the order that I was in. He could have helped me but he choose to stand there and do nothing while one of the other associates might finish up. I stood there for approximately 15 minutes and there was still no one available to help me. I told the young manager that I didnt have any more time and I would return another time. This managerial style is not acceptable for customers. All staff should be helping customers, not standing around waiting for subordinate staff to get free and then help. Not happy.

I dont usually write reviews, but this store seems to have major problems. I visited 3 times to look at upgrading my phone and each time I was given a different answer and price depending on the salesperson that helped me. I never felt like I was getting a straight answer from anyone there so decided to give up and order my upgrade via the 1-800 number. I got a better deal than I would have in the store and the customer service rep was much more knowledgeable and helpful than anyone I encountered at the store. Definitely in need of stronger managerial and customer service training at this location.

Amazing service! I was assisted by a man by the name of Maceo. My phone all of a sudden powered off and I had no idea how to fix it, but my dad and I went to this Verizon and I handed Maceo my iPhone and he knew exactly what to do ( hold down on the power button and the home button for several seconds until the Apple logo appears) and booyah! And if you need this Verizon folks, Maceo is the man!

Verizon wireless is an awful company! There customer service tells you three different things which will all be wrong! Billing is a huge issue with this company they give you credits then claim you never had them. Sent my Droid Eris back 5 times! Trust me this will be on channel 2 news. Verizon has cost me over 500 dollars in a matter of 2 months because of stupid customer service agents.

So I dropped my new iPhone 7 and cracked the screen. :( I was so distraught, but upon taking it to Verizon, and speaking with Aaron Mora, I immediately knew I was in good hands. He provided me with a new phone on the spot. I couldnt be more happy with the level of service at this store. Prompt, Courteous, and Efficient. If I could give 10 stars I would!!

Ive shopped here since the the store opened. Its very well-staffed w/ knowledgeable people. I walked in on Saturday @ 10:30A, was met at the door by Anthony H. who answered all my questions, made suggestions and i walked out in less that 15 minutes totally satisfied. I go out of my way to use this store -- ITS THE BEST!!

Yolanda is absolutely amazing. I went to the store bc my phone had completely died. She was just as concerned as I was to retrieve my photos (which were 3 years of my sons life). She goes above and beyond and I will always ask for her when I go here. Ive never had to wait more then a few minutes - even on the weekend.

They are telling lies to get you to spend money and get locked into contracts that are alot higher than your told! My bill has been $500 to $700 the last 3 months and was suppose to be less thsn $300!!! But if I cancel, my phones are triple the price I was giving by store originally!!
