My husband and I just purchased Pixles for our family of 4 from this location. We all purchased Google Live cases. as well. I have had mine for about a month and the corners of the case just fell off while I was sitting on the couch one day. The case is now cracking all up the face of it from the cracked corners. I have not dropped or damaged my phone or case in anyway. I stopped in the store and asked them to replace the case at no charge to me and they refused. The man "helping" me actually said,"Can you prove it?" when I told him I have not dropped my phone with the case on it and it must have been sold me me with a defect since it started falling apart. That is poor customer service!!! A phone case is supposed to protect a phone, not fall apart just from being on a phone. This store could have simply wrote off the damaged case and given me a new one to replace it. Instead they refused to make me a happy customer and insulted me by asking if I could prove something that I obviously cannot. I am a long time Verizon customer. It is disappointing that they have stores that treat their customers this way.

I have never been lied to as much as at this store! I purchased a new iPhone during their trade-in deal and was told that it would be no problem to switch onto my husbands plan after I received the new phone. In fact, I was told to wait until I received the new phone to switch onto his plan. I spoke to several individuals at this store and my husband did as well to ensure that this was the case. After receiving the phone a month later, I went into the store to activate it and was told that I would lose the $27 monthly credit if I switched to my husbands plan. Or I could switch to my husbands plan and then my iPhone 6 is only worth $200 and I have to pay $450 for the new phone! The employee and manager insisted that the previous "misunderstandings" couldnt be addressed. After I called my husband in the store and expressed my frustration while deciding to return the phone, I was then called a liar to my face. That is absolutely egregious! Not only will I never return to this store, but Verizon just lost another customer...

I cant imagine any worse service than that which is provided at this verizon location. I was going to switch back to verizon, but knowing I would might have to deal with the people that work here in the future made me reconsider. Overall, every employee seemed disinterested. Specifically, Zach was so condescending and arrogant it was almost painful to have to speak with him. Jessie was not much better - she has this appearance of being friendlier than the rest of them, but in the end she is just as bad. You would think that she is resting at home and not at work because she just seems annoyed by having to actually do anything for anyone. If I owned this store, I would be worried that these people are representing me; I believe your bottom line could be greater if you would get these horrible "service" associates out of your store!!!!!!

Just go to another store. The stay if not very helpful. The manager just stands there and does nothing. If you want a device just go to Best buy they have better deals anyways. If you wanna deal with Verizon then go to another store or just call Verizon Support direct. Also be warned this store will push you aggressively on upsales. No other Verizon store has been like this. Told that the scrached shatter shield on my z could not be fixed and I would need a new phone. They were more then happy to offer me a motor Z2 force they would sell me. Definitely the worst corporate Verizon store I have been in. Avoid this place.

Terrible store with a terrible staff that has terrible customer service. They sold me a keyboard case that broke the tablet that went inside it. They refused to replace either the keyboard or the tablet, or offer a repair or other compensation for their mistake. Please do not go here. There are other, better Verizon stores in Ann Arbor. The staff is very pleasant when they are attempting to sell you anything and are very adept at giving you the runaround to avoid any responsibility when things go wrong.

Had a terrible experience at this store. Waited for over 20 minutes. Was then told that they would not be able to upgrade one of my lines as their info did not match my first name on my license, although having bought 2 phones from them on previous occasions. In addition I had the information to verify my business account but their sales rep, Anthony would not budge. Verizon should a better job of training their staff. Highly recommend staying away from your store, waits are long and customer service is poor.

Sales associates were friendly and welcoming. The building was very clean and modern, which is something I appreciate in an electronics store. It was nice to see recently launched devices prominently displayed and they even had the phone I wanted in stock when I couldnt find it at any other location. I overheard their interactions with other customers as well and each exchange seemed to reflect a genuine concern for their customers. Any time I have an issue, Ill definitely return here.

Horrible service. Brand new phone, case, and screen protector. Screen protector cracked after four days. Phone was not dropped or abused. They wouldnt exchange it. Told me to deal with screen protector company. Not happy. Ended up calling verizon customer service when I got home. Explained the situation. They agreed it wasnt right and sent me a replacement free of charge. Thumbs up for verizon customer service. Thumbs down to this verizon store for poor service.

We were there 3+ hours--2 of us-- while they downloaded our data onto new phones using the slow next door restaurants system instead of their own. Also, know exactly what you want. Got "sold" a jetpack which we didnt quite understand--our bad. When we returned it, learned that any device which leaves store costs a restocking fee of $35 and an activation fee of $40 which was not explained to us. Manager Steve was polite but not helpful about wasting our time and money.

I asked all around town for a case for my new phone, all the Verizon authorized stores in ypsi and Ann Arbor, best buy, none of them had anything for it. I called the Verizon store, they had the case I wanted and the screen protector I wanted. I walked in, they had it at the front desk waiting for me. They installed it in store for me. Im not even a Verizon subscriber and they did this for me.

This store would not honor a warranty on a device sold from Verizon (rapid chargeing cable) and offered no help on how to resolve the issue. The manager essentially acussed me of causing the damage and lead me to customer service who was unable to help with the issue. The original store in Ohio was helpful and honored that I was sold a defective product from Verizon.

What? People go to physical phone / cable provider locations? How are you in business? Besides the fact that Verizon also realizes this and is closing hundreds of their stores, half the staff that works here are very helpful. But you can tell most of them are bored (no customers does that), so they have friends that come in and they just chat the entire time.
