The difference between the two Verizon wireless stores in Dawsonville is like this the new store is like pouring tar and Feathers all over your bare body. Between work kids and life in general I have enough unpleasant things to deal with. The lady there was so rude and yes I ask pretty dumb sometimes obvious questions but this is what customer service is about lady!!! Totally totally undesirable service rude,hateful and just plain unforgivable behavior from someone who is working with people. The old store is still open they didnt move or close. I now go there any time I need anything having to deal with my phone. They are kind friendlyand on every occasion are never annoyed by my dumb obvious questions they take it in stride and answer them as pleasantly as I asked them. This location and the people there are great!!!

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! !! Waited over a week for two phones. Went by a total of 4 times - and even left my number so they could call when the phones came in. ... never got a call. Also theyre phone line was down for a week so you couldnt call. Some of the employees act like you are bothering them and are not very interested in helping you. Finally went to Gainsville...excellent service by Larry. Love my new phone. I like supporting local businesses but will not be supporting this one.

Ive been w/Sprint, Cingular & At&t. Absolutely none of the aforementioned provided good customer service. In fact, they were all poor. Thats putting it mildly. Verizon, in particular this location, has proven that great customer service is attainable. They exceeded my expectations. They truly care about the customer experience. Shout out to India, Alex & Ms Melody, my new wireless family

Ben did a great job of explaining everything about the new phone. He moved all my info from my Android to my new iPhone. This is 5th or 6th phone I have gotten from GoWireless and I have never been disappointed. I will continue to use the Dawsonville store for all my Verizon needs.

Went to the new Verizon in Dawsonville and received less than needed care. Went to the original store by Moes afterward and they were able to troubleshoot my tech problems and resolve my issue. Looking forward to getting my new phone in a few weeks!
