Could not have been worse no one in store no customers ,could not answer simplest of questions and for some reason took offense that you even ask. ? What does show quoted text mean in Gmail, Valerie didnt know and said it was not her job to know. I ask who should know. Answered I dont know but its not me we have some things to do if thats all you need again no customers in store 6 p.m.. Had been speaking with Scott who was trying to be helpful finding lost Gmail Valerie started making comments about our conversation which was on the other side of the room. I said maam thats rude to listen to other peoples conversations if you have no input especially only negative. Was told she would have me removed from the store if I didnt leave. I promise to you this happened. Last comment that I can bear to listen to us we are not lawyers, I said Relax Im only trying to find out to recover Gmail from my truck being stolen she knew that because she had listened to our conversation across the room. Rude would be understatement, unknowledgeable without question. Actually became someone out of control and maybe seem to have a loss of understanding that she is at work at a Verizon store. Told her I had broken my back and been away trying to catch up, sorry. Valerie responded Im not a nurse we have things to do. Ascot stood and listened and became very red in the face I feel probably embarrassed I would have been. So instead of telling her what she needs a manager or someone to tell her I told her she will acted the most unprofessional of anyone I have ever seen in that environment. She said well you can leave we have things to do. As for her last name she would not give employee number would not give Now I understand why do some people are never there after just a couple or few months theyre not trained and they dont care. Wow, sitting in a chair asking why are you acting this way she said I am going to call the police. Only to avoid the frustration embarrassment and total childishness of situation I decided to leave instead of trying to get much-needed information of the simplest form. Sad State of Affairs if they were not a good location would not last a few months unfortunately the only one very close to my work and home. If nearby stop in just asking any question thats not obvious about your phone and watch her respond if she doesnt know or it seems doesnt like you or done didnt want anyone in the store, seem to enjoy listening to Scott and eyes conversation about serious personal problem that related to phone from across the room. So dont go unless youre buying phone , Then as she said you would need to go to franchise store to learn more about. First review Ive ever written and I hope last. Everyone has a bad day this was much much more than a bad day very mean and demeaning Veronica was. Scott does his best. Not trained properly.
