Do not bother going to this store. You should definitely go to another authorized retailer or corporate store. I simply went to get a phone for my child and two chargers. My nine year old has better customer skills than two of the ladies working there (Ashleigh and Alex). They wanted to sell me a phone but not activate it. I was told to call customer service to activate it. After insisting, they reluctantly called customer service and had issues in activating the phone. They told me again I would have to call customer service to activate the phone. I insisted that they activate the phone and after almost two hours, I left with an activated phone, although not properly set up. Very poor customer service. Will not be back. Consumer beware.

Drove 20 minutes out of my way because this store was supposed to be open until 9, but when I got there at 8:24 it was closed. The online ad was wrong. The door at the location said it closes at 8:00 pm.

Just called this store and you would think I was the customer service rep. Rude. Not helpful and all I was looking for was a charger! Do not waste your money. Calling their competitor now!
