Excellent service! If you want attention to detail with patience and courtesy, the Verizon store at Hamilton Mill is a great choice. The manager, Mark Willis, dedicated over 2 hours helping me convert from an old Android to an IPhone 7. Mark took the time to listen to my needs and preferences and then got to work on getting me all set up. Mark patiently got to work on transferring my contacts, pictures, videos, three email accounts, and setting me up with my apps. Mark even got my hearing aids’ compilot correctly set up with Bluetooth and that’s no small deal. At one point, the owner of the store, Jason Myers, came in and recognized me from a prior encounter at the Mall of Georgia kiosk. Jason had referred me to the Hamilton Mill store and I’m so glad he did. The store is conveniently located for those living north of the Mall of Georgia and it will my go-to place from now on. I wanted to take a moment to write to you to express my gratitude for one of your employees in particular. I have been with Verizon since 2003 and am very pleased. I recently went to the Hamilton Mill store and met with Kenn Klarich to help figure out how to get my phone and tablet switched over to my parents (who live in Ohio). His attitude is impeccable. He was funny and kind and made me really feel comfortable and that everything was going to be taken care of. He truly is an asset to this company. I work in Sandy Springs and work odd hours. He came in on his day off as I had called him asking a question about a couple things as it was the only day I could make it before the store closed. I truly will recommend this store in particular and without a doubt him. I wanted to let you know how much I appreciated him and what a great team member he is. Thank you and have a great day!

WATCH OUT for these independent retailers. They work on commission so they will use all the sales tricks to gouge you. They charged me for things like 35.00 set up fee for my new phone without informing me. A salesman named Asa Johns completely lied to me and did things to my account that I did not authorized. I had to get the Mall of Ga corporate store to help me straighten everything out...Thanks to Melissa Lincoln, a wonderful Verizon employee! When I went back to return everything to the Hamilton Mill store, Asa was very rude and treated me like crap. He not only refused to refund any of my money but then charged me a restocking fee, adding insult to injury! I have never been treated so badly in a retail store in my life. I think because I am a 68 year old woman, he thought he could take advantage of me and I wouldnt know the difference.

Im sure most of the time the service is great, but when I went there today it was a complete failure. The employee (the only one working the floor) told me he doesnt know how to use my phone (Galaxy s8+). Whats the point of working there if you dont know how to use the phone? Then as I laugh my ass off, he tells me to find a tutorial video on YouTube to try and fix my problem. Keep in mind this is after he kept referencing me as dude, bro, and guy. What happened to professional employees? Verizon was useless to me. All I wanted was some general help on how to navigate through this new phone. This very simple task couldnt be completed. Thanks Verizon.

I would give this store more than 5 stars if it would let me. I have nothing positive things to say! I have been to many stores in the past and have been "talked into" something I didnt need. This was the best experience by far with Verizon and that is because of Asa and AJ. Kudos to the two of you for being fast, efficient, and the most friendly sales people. Asa was straight-to-the-point and explained all of my options in a clear way and was able to switch my phone in under 30 minutes. AJ, though training, did a remarkable job and was very professional as well. Thank you you both:)

I received outstanding customer service from Austin at this location. He was professional, personable, and very knowledgeable about the phones I was interested in getting for myself and my daughter. He explained plan options to me so I could make sure I was getting what I wanted, and he even found me a corporate discount I wasnt aware was available to me. I reached out to him the next day with a couple of questions and he was extremely responsive. Its very reassuring to know that the customer service doesnt end after the sale is complete.

I was not sure what phone I wanted and visited the Verizon Corporate store before going to the one on Hamilton Rd. I am glad I did because I was being told at the corporate that I needed to have this bib expensive phone I had no use for. Instead I was sat down and asked what my day consist of and not what they thought I wanted, but what I knew I needed. I love my phone and it didnt break my bank. I am sending all my friends and family to this location for all of their wireless needs. Thank you again for such a great experience.

I had a situation at the store where I had a good bit of money at risk of losing because I believe I had been ill advised within this transaction. I was given the managers number. He returned my call within 5 minutes. Upon listening to my dilemma, he immediatly resolved the problem with the outcome I was hoping for. I am so appreciative that effort went into proving my patronage was valuable. And that restoring trust and reputation is highly-regarded to them.

Im new to the area and stopped in this location yesterday. This was by far the best experience I have ever had in a Verizon store. Everyone was friendly, professional and most informative. I HIGHLY recommend this store to everyone in the area. Unlike a corporate store, you are greeted and not forced to sign in and become the next number to spend money! The customer service here is impeccable!!! Way to service the customer Cellular Sales!

I dont usually write reviews, but I just need to let everyone know the how helpful and thoughtful the sales reps were in helping get my phone at a reasonable price and since I told them I was on my lunch break they got me out in time for me to still grab something and be 15 min early to work. If you get the opportunity to visit this location I definitely wouldnt hesitate to do so. Wonderful customer service!

We could use any Verizon phone provider, but SERVICE is the reason we use Cellular Sales. We currently use and manage 43 cellular devices. Cellular Sales helps us insure that we are on the best programs to maximize our efficiency. We have used 3 different cellular providers and over 5 different equipment providers. After 5 years, we are still very please with Cellular Sales.

The staff is always professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I needed a replacement phone asap and they took great care of me. I made an appointment and they were expecting me when I walked in. I didnt have to wait and they were eager to take care of me. I would definitely come back to this location!! Keep up the good work.
