My husband and I have been with MetroPCS for many years now and NEVER have we ever had such bad customer service!!! Since we have moved to Loganville this location is the closes to us..but we drive further just to get better service. Well today we decided just to see if they had a phone that we were looking for. Wish we would have never given them another chance to give us bad customer service. Im not for anyone loosing there job but they suck... The same two girls thats been there for quite some time. Really dont see how??? They are normally on personal calls ,texting, planning outings with whom ever, taking calls from there personal phones and sometimes walking away with out saying anything. If you have to take a call fine but at least say "could you excuse me for a moment". We needed a new phone and fast and our normal location didnt have the phone so we went to this location..... The could have just said no we dont have this phone in stock. But she said to my husband yes I do but are you a new customer or an existing customer? She told him she could only sale the phone to new customers only!!!! Really because she would be missing out on something??$$?? I dont know.... Anyway.... Out of everything we have experience at this locations this was the last straw......just sad

Omg! I dont know what ppl were talking about, I went with great dispute having to replace my cricket phone and come back to Metro PCS, but I was created by 2 extremely knowledgeable and sweet ladies, the main associate was so far and did a great job training the new associate alongside her. They were a great pair, I got and amazing immediate discount as advertised AND a phone I absolutely love! Definitely the best customer service with Metro I have ever encountered in a looonnnngggggg time, prior to my 2 yr hiatus knowing how rude the metro ppl can be, these young ladies rocked! Ill be back when Im ready for an upgrade for sure! Thnx for being awesome ladies! Give them a raise! Seriously!!!!

If I had done the review the day I got my phone it would have been five stars. Well flash forward 6 weeks and I went in to pay my bill since my phone was off for two weeks and what was a 36 dollars bill turned into a 44 dollars bill. How because no one said anything about you have to pay it on time or we dont give you a full month if t You want a full month that adds five dollars and then another three dollars to the girl behind the counter. When asked to speak to a manager the girl said no I wont she is on vacation. I would like to still speak to a manager about those girls attitude. Worse thing is they did it to my sister as well later that day.
