Really rude manager who does not know enough about what can be and can not be done at store. Went there to buy off a leased phone, paid it off but the manager did not mention anything about unlocking. When I went back and requested an unlock all I got was "we cant do that at store. You have to call customer service," when I tried to give feedback that this is a hassle to customers, all I got was "its a policy." And it turns out they can actually put in a request to unlock the phone just like customer service can. The guy just did not know/did not want to do it. And behaved extremely rude refusing to help. Who does this? First time such a bad experience at t-mobile store. Stay away from this store.

Sales person was rude, he refused to sell hotspot to me because I asked for the return policy if I am not satisfied. I asked him why you cannot sell and he mentioned looks like you are going to return it. Well, I went to another t-mobile store in San Jose mall and got the hotspot device. I really liked the device and still has it, its been 4 months already. Bad sales experience in one store but good one in another.

Needed to add a cheap pay-as-you-go SIM, to turn an old phone into a secure phone for account recovery. Hint, hint: most of you reading this need to do something like this, too. Helper at counter understood the problem, provided good help quickly, and did not waste my time trying to up-sell me useless add-ons. Perfect! Store experience on the whole vastly better than T-Mos deceptive, manipulative website.

Bought a prepaid card with unlimited dataplan and 1000mins talk time gor USD30 that last for 21 days. Not sure if value for money. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Give a 4 star rating due to only 3G for my handphone...dun know why...
