My mother and I went into Verizon at 1539 Blake St. in Enumclaw to update our cell phone service and purchase 2 new cell phones. We were dreading the long confusing time that this normally takes, when purchasing new phones and leaving confused. The manager Mari and Jason made this experience extremely pleasant and most of all, helpful. There wasnt an issue that we addressed with them, that they werent eager to help us with. We both purchased phones and needed our old phone apps to be downloaded to our new phones, they both, working together and working with us, assured our satisfaction 100%. They assured us that every single item or app in our older phones were downloaded to our new phones and we understood how to use them. Mari even lent us her own personal iPhone manual to borrow for a few weeks, just in case we needed to refer to for any questions we may have had. Now that is Customer Service beyond expectations. 5 stars is not enough acknowledgement to both of these Verison employees, 10 stars would be more deserved...I STRONGLY recommend their service to anyone in search of a new cell phone carrier or when purchasing a new phone or an upgrade. We are extremely grateful for all they did for us. Even after the purchase when we returned Maris book, they were extremely pleasant and eager to know that we are happy with our new purchase.

4-7-2016 Ive been a Verizon customer for many years, and I have learned that whenever I go to the Verizon stores at the malls, I can count on a Verizon employee meeting me with a device that takes my name and I wait to be called....then it is going to be a very long time trying to explain and have the problem at hand taken care of. But not so in Enumclaw! Ive been pleasantly surprised each time Ive been there! It is that small town kinda place, where you are greeted immediately, and treated like family....like your time is actually important! You are immediately met with a smile, and all the reps are friendly and efficient...they even remember your name! Ive come in with issues that seem very complicated to me, and they are handled and solved so quickly its amazing! The manager walks the extra mile, as does the rest of the crew! I always leave here with my problems solved in record time, and a smile quickly returned thanks Mari and Kelsey!

I just walked in to check on the Galaxy S8+ which is out of stock, however. . .the lady I talked to was great. Personal, yet professional. I told her I was concerned working with a franchise vs. corporate and she clearly and simply described the difference, which put my concerns at rest. Will be back in a few days for the phone, when re-stocked as I could clearly tell her attitude was great, and at the same time, under toned with a small town friendly stereotype. Oh, and unlike EVERY corporate store I have been to, which would rather invest in a fancy queuing system replete with sending me a text to let me know I am "next in line" rather than actually servicing the clients, this store, I walked right in and was immediately helped. Well done.

Recently one of our guests needed some help with their cell phone. We sent him down to see Mari at the 4G Verizon Wireless store, she took such great care of him that he came back and thanked us for the recommendation. Thanks Mari, for taking care of our guests we will continue to send all of our guests to see you whenever they need something, even though there is another Verizon store much closer to our hotel. What a horrible experience Mari the AKA Manager does not know what she is doing does not explain things right went in for a phone upgrade and changes to my account she totally screw me up Im stuck paying so much monthly due to her doing things wrong she is pushy rude and just not helpful will never go back dont recomend anyone there she only cares about her sales and not about her customers save yourself a headache and instead go to the Verizon store by QFC everyone is nice and patient there and they actually know what they are doing!!!

I had a very detailed billing situation with my bill and I came into the local Enumclaw Verizon store and Jill R. Was so patient and determined to resolve the issue she got on the line with Will at Verizon main office and he made phone calls and together ( and 1 1/2 hour of Jills time) we got it resolved. I have met a new friend at the same time. Love this place and will only do business here! Thank you Jill, Will, Mari and A wireless for exceptional customer service and integrity like no other. Went in for tech questions, Im not the most advanced but thought they could help instead of driving to a corporate store. The young girl that helped me was really rude. You could tell she didnt want to help and tried to rush me out the door. She kept rolling her eyes. When I asked her to check when my next upgrade date was she said they had no inventory and that I should wait. What a bunch of lies. I left very upset and went to the other Verizon store by QFC and they met my needs. Never coming back here.

Needed an upgrade. So I swung by my favorite Verizon premium retailer. A Wireless... Mari was amazing making sure my new phone was set up correctly. I had forgotten to back up my contacts to my Gmail. Mari worked here magic and transferred everything to my new phone in seconds. Great service. This is why I only use A Wireless.
