I came in with a Verizon billing problem today, one that online reps had failed to fix the last two months. Although they stood to earn no commission or sale today, these two young men graciously looked into the problem even though they could have easily just told me Id have to go to the store in Issaquah. The manager explained the process, laid out my options, the timeline, got all of my information, and even gave me his business card with his direct cell number so I could follow-up if necessary. As a manager myself, what I appreciated most was the way the manager used this as a training opportunity for the other young man but without calling him out as being new. He showed his employee how to do certain things on the computer while being respectful and supportive of him. Great to see good trust and respect-building in this environment. Employers often dont realize that the way they treat they employees is a reflection on their attitudes towards their customers as well. We all want to see employees treated with the respect I observed today. They clearly had a positive relationship and it made it a more pleasant experience for me. I would definitely recommend this store to family and friends!

What can I say, by far the best experience Ive had at Verizon yet. Not only was the employee polite and professional they had answers to all my questions. Outstanding service, this store should be a definition of all Verizon retailers. Whoever youve got on staff running or working there needs to be aware of the great work theyre doing. See you again guys! Probably going to switch my 4 business accounts to Verizon.

Such a positive experience here. No wait time allows for the help you need when you need it. Went in for an upgrade and the whole experience took about 30 minutes and I got a free tablet as well! The first wireless store I walked in to that didnt feel like I was being attacked.

Such a rip off!!! I needed a new charging cord for my iPhone and there was no other place to go. They charged me 31 dollars for a cable that should have been 5-10. Would never go back here. If only I didnt need directions back to where i was staying I wouldnt have bought it.
