they changed my unlimited data plan down to 3gb without my knowledge or consent only reason i found out was getting alert on my phone saying im about to hit my monthly data limit. also i went in to get new phone and get the samsung gear vr headset they said promotion was still going on and that i had to redeem online which made sense so i went online and it said it expired a fe days earlier, i called the store right away they said oh we have another link but its pretty long we will just email it to you, the link they sent me was an .au link yeah Australian link so as you might imagine it didnt work either, so now im without the promotion i went in for and with my data plan greatly reduced because this store LIED at every opportunity just to sell one phone instead of just saying sorry the promotion ended is there something else you might be interested in we can help you with. but deceiving the customer was their first goto. this is why people dont trust i dont want to say sales people as this is a retail situation and there is a huge difference between sales people and retail people. i will give this location 1 chance to make this situation right before contacting whoever above them i need to about the person who helped me and her manager if they do the right thing i will apologize and take down the review or edit it to reflect the new experience i have received. if not then i will reach whoever possible to make sure they can never LIE or DECEIVE customers again

Carlin,was I guess trying to helpful,but it made my life and bank acct in distress,I guess,she was just doing what shes told about sales sales and more sales,I went in to pay my bill,she stated that Direct T.V were Screwing me and that I Could have all the same programs and T.V , Internet for 89.00 ,I got 1 head ache after another,I have old landline ph and answering Mach everything worked great until I went into this store.Now I have a new ph# and a. bunch of headaches to get things back to where I once was,now I get a bill for 146.00 for early cancellation fees for a wireless phone which I never had....boo hoo,never will I do business with these people.

Really slow service. They required unnecessary information which I didnt need to give when I went to another store. Assistant manager is extremely rude. They dont seem to know all the information and are rude about not knowing it. Avoid this store. Edit: lodged an official complaint with Att about this store and its incompetency, havent heard back from Art. Expected better Att.

Had a great experience here yesterday. Came in to discuss upgrade options and the person that we dealt with was super helpful and not remotely pushy. Clearly laid out our options and ultimately recommended that we should go to the Apple Store. Great service.

Small and poor shop, good only to address service issues. Consultants are pretty good though, knowledgable and kind, though not fast. They always have troubles with their hardware like printer cant be connected to etc
