The Reps and Store Supervisors donr know what is Customer Service. They were rude and didnt want to know what I want. They just wanted to sell product/service. They dont know what is a Kindle Fire HDX and kept on saying it is a reader and not a tablet, wanted to sell the Samsung Tab/Note. They didnt want to give me the service I wanted that T-Mobile advertises and offers. They wanted to sell me a device and service..

These guys are great. Fast, friendly service and a genuine interest in meeting customer needs. Much, much better experiences than Ive had compared to Att couriered corporate stores or even other T-Mobile stores.
