I would prefer to give this so called business zero stars. Initially I thought this was a real Sprint store. The sign says Sprint and not Wireless Wizards so they mislead you there. I stopped by a few times. Each time I walked out because I thought they were busy because there was always a line of people. I pretty much gave up. Then my husband tried to find a battery for his phone and the store manager or owner ignored him. He was friendly to other people. He ended up purchasing a new battery because he was having problems with his phone. The new battery was not the solution to the problem so he went back to see if they could fix his phone. They told him he needs a new charger so he bought one. Neither of these "fixes" were right so he decided to return the battery and charger. It took about 30 to 40 minutes to get someone to help because there was only one salesperson available. In addition, because my husband paid with cash they could not give him a refund because they did not have cash on hand. So he has to go back when they do have cash. I just cant believe such a business exists. They could potentially make more money if they offered quicker service and were more attentive and had people that knew what they were doing. Extremely bad experience and do not recommend anyone waste their time unless they have a couple hours to spare.

My parents are on my family plan and have retired out in Walnut Creek while I live in a different part of the country. This is how AWFUL, TERRIBLE, and UNPROFESSIONAL the manager, Josh is. 1. Somehow, changes to my parents lines were made without my authorization 2. The sales associate took advantage of my parents and charged them additional fees while promising them that this would not be the case 3. The associate did not properly process my fathers returned phone and they still have not resolved the issue (It cost me $350), this happened back in OCTOBER!!! 4. When my parents went back in to the store to get this resolved, the manager, Josh, told them to leave and that he would fix everything in a day or two 5. Two weeks later, it STILL has not been fixed. 6. I have called numerous times to follow up and have spoken with Josh each time and he assures me that he will "send an email" and that he will call me back (He has not called me back, ever). 7. The sales associate took advantage of an immigrant couple, have ignored my requests to fix the issue, I have called Sprint a few times to get this fixed and they cannot resolve the issue, and I have been pushed aside by this management team. WORST MANAGER AND GM EVER!!!!

Hello to all fellow reviewers on Google. Its been a few weeks since I have had the opportunity to write this review for the crew at the Sprint Store on 2920 N Main St. Walnut Creek, CA. I will keep it short but i can go on and on about how great both Amir and Caelan were in helping me port my numbers over from TMobile to Sprint. Sprint had them beat by a long mile and needless to say even if the prices were higher the service, class and the extra mile Amir took to get my family and I signed up made me speechless. I will refer all my friends and family to them and i am very happy with my new 5 liner that we got that same day. We were in and out in less than 1 hour! They work hard and are dedicated to satisfying their customers. If you want the best service and the best plans and the best reps go to Sprint Store next to Starbucks on 2920 N. Main St ask for Amir and Caelan. Have a blessed day! Hope this review made it easier for you to make a decision while you are shopping for your new cell phones etc.

Never ever go into this store. Never ever ever support this company. If you do, it is at your own risk. The District Manager "Sergio" is a crook and needs to be fired. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. I walked in to change my battery and was sold into a "Free Upgrade" to an iPhone with an iPad. I made sure to ask if there were any additional monthly charges added for the iPad or phone and was assured there would be none. When the bill came it showed I am paying $40 more a month for a data plan on an iPad that I could care less about having. The lack of Sales Integrity and Ethics is ridiculous and I was told by others who i shared this experience with that they had similar issues whichis why they left Sprint. Criminal sales people. Horrible experience. Wish i can give NO STARS.

Biggest scam company ever! Bought a phone from them on a lease many months ago. Store manager at the time, Sergio Aldaz told me he would waive the tax if I purchased accessories. After looking at the receipt and contract it states clearly there is no tax being charged because I will be returning the device back to sprint. I had to go back and confront him which he kept denying. So I called the cops and he immediately refunded me for the accessories. Stay away from this place, they will act like they are helping you but they really are lying to you and making things more complicated for you in the long run. I even referred friends to this place and they all have had bad experiences. BEWARE! Only go to this store for service but never purchase a thing.

Ive been going to this store since it has opened. Ive never been lied to nor has there been a problem with a refund when returning an item. They can get busy from time to time, but as in every business, you cant have 10 people standing around waiting for customers to come in and stay in business. And at the same time, how would you like a salesman rushing you around? Would you purchase anything from that store? I cant believe a Soccer Mom whos having a bad day can affect someones business just because they were not very happy with their current visit to the store. Not saying you should patronize the store; but before you take someones word about the bad business, visit the store on your own. Then and only then you know.

Being normally skeptical of cellphone sales-people I was guarded when I initially went into this Sprint Store in Walnut Creek on N Main. The manager, Ben, who I think is a new manager at this store is SUPERB. He was/is knowledgeable, professional, and cared about my needs rather than just trying to make as much money off me as he could. He really provided me options that maximized value for my money. I highly recommend this store. Like all the other stores, I would call ahead and inquire about their peek times if you want to get in and out faster. I went in right when they opened and received help immediately. It was a GREAT experience!

This place was just amazing. Brian and Kym were so awesome. They helped my family so much we got the best deals and phones. Their customer service is outstanding and honestly because of my experience with them I would never leave sprint. I got all my question answered, regardless of how many times I kept asking the same questions lol. And we even got to meet the oner who was so friendly and awesome himself. 5 Stars is not enough in my opinion.
