I used to think this was the best Fred Meyer Ive ever been to. My last two visits I was rushed through checkout by being pushed into the express lane and self checkout stand and there were items I needed in the normal checkout stand. Who ever from management had the stupid idea to hurry customers really ruined my shopping experience. Im now turning to amazon and Safeway for the items they didnt give me the time to get. Im sad to say that if you actually want to do all your shopping in one place and not be rushed, then dont shop here. Theres prompt service and then theres being treated like a dollar rather than a customer. Im very disappointed in how poorly the customer friendly atmosphere has changed recently.

In the food department they have some markdowns but at QFC they have clearance items up to seventy-five 80% off! At Fred Meyer they have their corn on the cob which you can buy but at QFC they have clean garbage can buy the corn on the cob where you can check your corn saving you time when you get home and less mess also QFC recycles the compost. QFC also doubles bags your breakable jars like pickles comma Fred Meyer does not and I had a large jar go right through the bottom of the flimsy plastic bag. So if you shop at Fred Meyer bring your own bags. Fred Meyer is a good place for clearance on shoes and clothes however I find the womans clothes to look old lady ish and Im an old lady but I wouldnt wear them.

THIS FRED MEYER HAS THE NICEST, MOST FRIENDLY STAFF! They are way nicer than Covingtons location and a lot more clean as well. I love the workers there, especially the night shift people, they are so fun. The only thing I dont like is the makeup section. The foundation. Its all for white woman. Im mixed and a little more tan, and they have no makeup for my skin.... now, ive lived in maple valley when fred meyers parking lot was just trees and dirt... and sawyer village was still trees and a billboard. Maple Valley is WAY more diversed with all the new homes going up, time to cater to white AND darker people... just fix your make up section and I wont see you as a store that only caters to one race. ;)

Seems a decent enough place, nothing particularly special, but nothing really to gripe about. Its a large metal box full of chain-store stuff, which is more or less what youd want of a general grocery and housewares store. Stopped in while I was over visiting my friend to get munchies for our evening working in the garage, and I was able to acquire all the junk food on my list. They had an amusing sign up, selling "peppers" off of a cart that was covered in grapes, so we got a good chuckle out of that, anyway!

Do not ever try to order furniture here. All the employees working in furniture dept are liars including their supervisor. I ordered sofa which they said will be delivered in 2 weeks . After 2 wk they said only half order is received either pick this order and go to other Fred Mayer which is 40 mile away to pick the rest or wait for another 2 wk. I opted to wait but my order was never delivered. All these employees were lying to me

This is the only grocery store I shop at! Excellent selection of fresh healthy food not found in other Fred Meyers. Great customer service, lovely displays in the plant section, nice store layout. The only issue Ive had is the fruit fly breakout over the extra hot summer. We had to stop buying fruit! The pineapples were particularly infested. Other than that I would definitely recommend this Fred Meyer

Beware of fraud type skimmers at the self-checkout. Use regular check out. Manager Chad Peterson did not seem too concern. I filed a police report. My AE card was skimmed on the 4-29-15 in the morning on a self check-out register. A person tried to use copy at a Fred Myers in Kent for $505 at 7 pm that evening and American Express notified me immediately so I could cancel my card.

The customers and employees are equally rude. They dont pay attention to whats going on around them. The staff like to gather in groups while stocking and wont move if youre attempting to get an item and theyre in the way. Customers come tearing around corners with their carts and almost hit you. Dont expect an apology. The cashiers are about the only friendly people there.

Maple Valley FM has fair prices for most items. With fuel points and senior discounts I like to shop.here. This store is larger than Covington. Only FM had free coffee and donuts on Black Friday. Wandering WiFi is tricky to login at this store on my Nexus 4, and many times crashes my phone later.

Young girl was our cashier. Gotta love Sarah! But, there were no box boys to be found as we checked out. My hubby and I both have back probs. so this was not pleasent, putting our purchases in carts ourselves. Did not find some items we were looking for. Prices were good, for a change.

The largest selection of specialty beer, cheeses and bakery of all Fred Meyers. This its my go to store since moving out to MV mainly because they carry everything all the other stores do, plus a ton of specialty options, specifically in their cheese and beer selections!

Maple Valley Fred Meyer has a really nice and helpful staff. They are always making sure there customers are happy and satisfied when they leave the store. Havent had such good experiences at other fred Meyers but Maple Valley always a good experience

Would give it 5 stars but at the Gas Station they make you answer a question about additives to your fuel. After 30 seconds it times out to NO but still I HATE any marketing that SLOWS me down from making a purchase. Only sheep like that stuff.

Staff have always been friendly and helpful. I find just about everything I need! Can get a bit crowded since this store is supporting a rapidly growing community. Ive been very satisfied with the produce, meat & seafood as well as the deli.

I had over $1800 in fradulent charges that came from this place. Id be VERY CAREFUL before I placed an order here! Ive never done business here, nor do I know who they are. But if they get ahold of your information, good luck with that!

Always clean and well stocked. The bulk section has a large variety of quality items that are money savers when buying for a family. The organic produce section could be larger and more varied, why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5.

The reason this feed Meyers stands out more than any others is the floral department. Very friendly and they produce absolutely beautiful personalized bouquets! Just had one made for my fiance and she loved it.

This is the store I shop at most. Everything I need can be found in store, good selection of meats and veggies, solid deli selection, organic food selections and my compost bags too, no need to goto Walmart.

I live way north of Maple Valley, but have to go to Maple Valley to pick up my son. This Fred Meyer is newer and just like the other Fred Meyers - just everything you could need under one roof!
