El peor servicio al cliente que alguien se pueda imaginar: no contestan los telefonos (si quieres hacer una cita, que igual no te sirve de nada o hacer una pregunta); largas esperas para que despues de dos horas no te resuelvan nada, te enganchan en contratos que no respetan (osea mal informan con tal de vender), es una lastima. si puedes evitar ir a este lugar evitalo!!!! no pierdas tu tiempo y tu dinero y evita hacer corajes con estas personas, si sepudiera calificar con menos cinco estrellas lo haria.

I felt like I was going to buy a car. There listening skills are one of a child. They dont listen to what you need, they only want to sell you what they want. They dont give you all your options. They make it seem like you have to go with the payment plan of a phone for 2 years. I dont mind having a 2 year contract with a lower price phone and keeping the plan I have. They wont even tell you that is still an option. I now will only go to the Vallejo store on Springs road. They have a repair center also. They are very friendly in there. They have everything this one has in regards to inventory. The privately owned store wants your business, and wants to keep it. This store is corporate, and doesnt care as much for the customers needs.

This Sprint store was so unbelievably rude and unprofessional. They signed a contract with us saying that our bill was going to be a certain amount and then once we got our first bill it was $60 more then what we were expecting. The manager would not it honor the contract that we had from them and we decided to leave and go to Verizon. Luckily they let us out since it was less than 30 days. I would much rather spend my hard-earned money with people that will take care of me right away and honor our contracts when they are made. I highly DO NOT recommend going to this Sprint store or any Sprint store. Their service sucks compared to any other carrier also save the hassle and choose Verizon. Also this store is very dirty

I went to the Fairfield Sprint Store because when my phone died, all my text messages were deleted. They worked on it for an hour, and I came back later to get it. I generally try not to let my battery die, so it wasnt until a week later that unforeseen time delays in getting home contributed to my phone dying. When I got home, plugged it into the charger and turned it back on, just like all the other times, all my text messages are currently deleted. This just happened. Im still angry. I would make them retrieve the texts, but they claim they can only do that with a court order. This is my only interaction with the Fairfield Sprint Tech Support, but they have failed me now 100%.

I was there this morning and I was being helped by Austin and everyI info was going fine, up until he flipped the script on me and because a jerk and kicked me out of the store. I am never shopping there again and I am cancelling all my lines " 30" since we have corporate account. I asked the manager if he he heard everything and he said " yeah, but if he doesnt want to help you I cant ether" this place is ridiculous. I had to go to the sprint store at the mall and I was actually helped property. I was told people have nothing but complaints from the other store... I believe it

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! Horrible customer service !! Made an appointment to go on my lunch hour , got there 5 min early and had to leave to go back to work before they called me. Another couple had been waiting an hour already. Only 2 people actually helping customers and I didnt see them finish with either one! Thanks for wasting my time Sprint! What is the point of making an appointment if there is no one to help you at that time?! I knew I should have stayed with A T & T!

the worst experience I have Ever had in my life with a wireless company. I wish I could give negative 5 star rating. the costumer service rep changed my plan to one that was for iphones only!! I have a Galaxy! ! so now i get charged a fee for not having the correct phone on the plan. when I contacted the service rep about what had happened, he denied changing my plan, whilst argueing with me....so terrible. Do not go to this Sprint store!!!

Im so surprised this store is still open and running its so bad for business the staff is extremely unprofessional and rude the manger by the name of (William) is very disrespectful and not polite at all. He was trying to rush me off the phone and hung up on me for no good reason. I understand now why their review rating is so low they dont care about their customers. You would think after 14 years they would get it right smh!!!

They had more representatives than customers and we still waited for almost an hour. Half of the representatives were just standing around or walking around doing nothing. One representative was very helpful once we talked to him, but it seemed like he was the only one being productive and helpful. Three representatives kept trying to hide in the back, but we could see that they were doing nothing through the glass wall.

I have had to go back so many times and spend a lot of time there but the service is very professional. The problem is with my particular phones and they have been thorough and very accommodating. Frankly the problems I have had have been so weird, I am pretty much a test case and training tool for the techs to step up their game. I dont even mind the waiting because the location is so close to great shopping!

Rep lied to my face, 2 managers refused to make it right even after acknowledging the reps lies. This store also Lied to my cousins about GIVING them a Speaker a phone case and screen protector. Said it was a gift but added all of that to their bill. CROOKS. Dealing with this store has been the biggest headache. They will not stand by there word. They are really giving sprint a terrible name!

The emoloyees here are rude they have no customer service skills at all! Ive been a sprint customer for 5 years and this was the worst experience I had at this location. This experience here was the reason I canceled my service with sprint. I will be writing a letter to their manager and the corporate office regarding the horrible experience there .

Extremely unprofessional. Manager was not even dressed appropriately for the job. Their attitudes we uncalled for. The store is even understaffed, and it seems like none of the sales people know what they are doing. They have to ask each other how to do something. The text support their is even unprofessional and unwilling to look at peoples devices.

Rude service at the front desk, when I registered they said it was going to take a few, after 10 min I approached them to find out and estimate time of waiting, the other person told me straight up, We dont know, we are busy, totally rude , worst service ever, Im going to terminate my chine line.
