IN SHORT: Absolutely, positively stay as far away from this business as possible. Go to your local USPS, Postal Annex across the street, anywhere but here. If I could give this spot any fewer stars I would. I have never been one to become upset with customer service, so this is a first. I went in to purchase boxes and to take a passport photo. Upon first walking in I was not greeted by the lone employee, and I assume the owner, as he was busy on the phone. He gave me a sidewise glance with a less than welcoming expression and I asked if they offered passport photos. He said yes then pointed me in a vague direction towards a chair in the corner. I waited as he completed his phone call, left a message for a different caller, helped at least 2 other people with stamp purchases and drop offs, and attended to what seemed to be his children before coming over to help me. He snapped the photo in about 30 seconds (only taking this long because I blinked the first time). He did not offer to show me the photo before he brusquely walked back behind his counter to print, answer more phone calls, and attend to other customers. After receiving the photos, I was dismayed. Although, yes, as he asserted, they fit all passport guidelines and dimensions, they were not in the least bit flattering. These photos, for me, were to be used on an intern license and I was hoping to get a picture I wasnt wholly embarrassed to submit. I, at first, politely asked if I could retake the photo and was refused. I was becoming noticeably upset with the poor photos and in a rush to exit the premises, paid for the poor photos and the overpriced boxes. (This may be all UPS everywhere but my 8x8x8 boxes were more than $4 each, which I find grossly overpriced but was willing to pay at the time.) After attempting to collect my composure, I tried to return the photos. No dice. I find it absurd that a business can sell you product that you are unhappy with and unwilling to use without first allowing you to properly see and approve it. Instead, he suggested that I could retake and pay for another round of photos. (No way at almost $15). I returned the boxes out of refusal to pump any money into this business. Never have I ever received such poor service. If you can, stay away at all costs.

I was just told to "get the F$#% out of my store," after calling him out on charging for free items ( like taping a label to package) 2.99 and his ego couldnt take the truth and threaten me with physical harm. I am talking to a lawyer because I dont want this to happen to anyone else, he threaten me outside in my car while I was calling UPS customer service and telling 911 operator that I am refusing to leave his store, liar and manipulator, People dont know the law of the land and treat things like a cartel operation. Wow, never thought I would witness things like this, drive to a different location but do not give your business to thieves and money worshippers, everyone likes to make a living but some like to steal and cheat all their life, father and son are the most corrupt and master thieves at this location.

I have been to this store a few times because it is close by, but the service there is really bad. Sometimes it is an indian lady and sometimes a man, the lady is cold and the guy is rude. One time I went there to drp off a large box at around 6 pm, the lady did not let me get in. Her reason was that ups truck picks up boxes at 5 pm, so I should come before 5. I have not seen such policy on ups website, and I went to a different one and they let me in. The guy was rude every time. The way he talks is like you own him 1000 bucks, or he is doing you a favor... Anyway, I am not going there any more after being treated unpleasantly several times, although that means I will need ti drive five more minutes to other store. I hope ups could have some service control, and close this bad one.

Reports of a horrible store owner caused me to avoid this place for a while, but I eventually went in to print off a shipping authorization. The store owner was exceptionally rude. Additionally for any printing services he will charge a $3 "computer use" fee bringing your $.20 page to $3.20. I walked out and went across the street. Im astonished this store is still in business and wish UPS would intervene as now Im considering closing my account because of this experience.

I live close by, but I will never go to this one. Last time they charge me twice price comparing to other stores, for exact same delivery. I feel it is very unreasonable price, then I was asking for discount, they easily give me 30% OFF, and sounds like they did a big big favor to me. However, I know the price in other stores, it is very standard. it seems they can set the delivery price by them own, not follow UPS standard.

I would like to give a -5 stars if there is a such option... Mr. Patel is rude and very unpleasant. I wanted to return an U-Verse box... it may seem to have too much trouble for the process, he said the internet was done, not able to process any shipments except for drop-offs-3 days in a role. The internet might have problems but he should not give me a feeling of "...go away, I dont want your business...."

Yup! I agree with the comments from other users above. I never have to deal with the woman but the guy was pretty rude the last few time I was there, never greet you with a smile, such an unpleasant experience. I try to stay away from this store unless absolutely need to drop off something.

Went to return my u verse equipment. He waited on a customer behind the me first. He was rude and definitely ery not customers er orientated . I have lived here for years and will not go back and will tell anyone I can not to go. ATT uverse...find a new store....

Horrible experience. The owner is rude and try everything to get money from you. Last time I tried to drop off a package and ask for some tape to tight package and he refused to to that and ask me to buy a full tape. It is a miracle that it is still in business.

This UPS is very bad services, the Indian lady owner does not have any management experience. She took a tough attitude toward other customer. The store should be close down. Please WATCH OUT! BEWARE when you visit this UPS Store

I am not sure why but every time I use this location the employee treats me awful. I thought maybe he dislikes me or women but it seems everyone in my family has had the same (or actually worse) experience.
