This is very good Rascon
The absolute WORST experience I have ever had. From being called a liar to physically threatened, by Jesse, this place offers it all. I first went into this store March 12th because my wifes LG flex2 would no longer charge. My initial encounter was pleasant enough, the gentleman took my phone apart to see if he could fix the problem. He showed me that the water damage sensors were in tact and informed me that he wouldnt be able to fix the problem but he would order a new phone, which would arrive in 2 days. A week went by and I had still not been notified so I called and they had no record of anything. I commute to work in San Francisco and I dont have time to go into the store so I did not want to have to go back in for them to take my phone apart again, but apparently that was the only way to proceed. My next visit Into the store I spoke with the manager Freddy. Freddy handled a tough situation very well. He apologized for the worker who failed to order my phone and ordered a new one and also promised me a car charger for my troubles. He also told me it would be in in a few days. On the paperwork he gave me it said 2 to 4 business days so after the second business day I called to check. They told me it was not in I asked them if they could please call or text me when it arrives. 2 Days Later I call and they tell me that it is here. I asked why nobody called me a girl named Janiyah told me that it was just now delivered. I go in to pick it up and a young man named Jesse helped to activate the phone. When I asked him about the charger that was promised he told me to come in tomorrow to speak with his manager. I asked him if he could send him a text to confirm what he had told me . He said I dont have to text him when hes gone for the day implying that he could but he just didnt want to. He handed me back the paper and when I took it I informed him they had the worst customer service I have ever had. He proceeded to tell me that if I snatch something from him again he would beat my a**. Great experience!!!

At least one staff who answers phones on Sundays is not informed and will give you incorrect advise, "we dont have adaptors for old sprint phones." She also has not been trained properly and will disconnect you! If I listened to her, I would have thought that I would not be able to access my photos from an old Sprint phone of mine. So if someone says it cant be done, make sure you ask someone else or call another store. W.C. Broadway Sprint store staff told me that hell be able to download my photos within 20 mins.

Just the best! Had time for me, even though my question was as random as they come. Manager assisted me with an old phone port question/issue, unrelated to specific Sprint network/phones. ...out of the kindness of his heart. You can tell that this store really cares about people, not just customers. Im glad theyre here to stay. Our community needs service providers like this! Thanks!

This is probably the best phone company exspirience Ive had in awhile, Miguel was the employee that helped me and my fiancé set up a new plan and get phones 0 down payment out the door. It was such great service! And he called us the next day to make sure we are enjoying our service and if there is anything him or the company could do to better our service, thank you!
