The cusomer service was terrible from the start. I have phone with a bad mic. Go in on a tuesday to get it replaced. I dont get my replacement until Thursday the following week. It took 3 phone calls and 2- 20 minute phone holds to finally get it. By the way i have insurance and no water damage was found, yet it took that long. One fool actually said his AUNT died the next day...thats why my phone didnt get ordered. Thats a lame excuse for not do your job. Just go somewhere else if you want a no hassle experience. This store is terrible!!!!

I could give this store negative stars if I could. This place scams and lies to you so they can just sell. They lied to me about the glass screen protector that I can replace it anytime for free lifetime warranty, turns out I have to pay $25 for a replacement. And you cant access your account anymore with PIN number and security question, they scan your ID with an IPad

Its black friday. Store was supposed to open at 9 am. The staff showed up at 9:45 am. We, I and this other lady, greeted the staff and informed them about the incorrect business hours in their website and the fact that 3 customers have already left. Their response was "they will be back".

Not a lot of hardware variety. The staff has been pretty helpful when Ive walked in needing help with account and service. Had one bad experience where a staffer was condescending to my wife, but I havent seen that person since and all our interactions afterward were satisfactory.

Landon and Allan provided great customer service. I Brought my phone in for repair, They explained the process provided a loaner phone and had my phone back quickly from service. Great customer service!
